I made a reservation and they cancelled it cause I didn’t show up at the time I was supposed to show up and now they tell me I only had 15 minutes to let them know if I’m showing up late I wish they would late you know about this rather than just canceling the truck. To make it worse when I asked why they wouldn’t call me or text me or tell when booking it the front desk basically said we don’t call or text the system automatically terminates the rental. When I asked her to see if she had anything also available she tell me I have it for one day only but you need it for two days when I tell her to book it she tells oh sorry it’s not available anymore. She seem not care about customer service nor was she willing to help all she says oh I have a a 26 footer and I was like that’s way to big I needed the 15.

Rented U-Haul online was told just to bring a credit card and ID when I got there they told me I would need to show proof of residency to rent a truck. I’ve never had this issue with any other U-Haul except the ones in El Paso. Why do I have to prove where I live to rent a truck?

Manager had a horrible attitude. I parked in the handicap spot at the front entrance WITH a placard and parked a little over the line because of another truck hooking up and blocking the driveway. She came out and rudely told me to move because I was blocking the door, mind you she exited from the door just fine to yell at me. Then she wouldn’t rent to me because I didn’t have a physical drivers license, I had my passport, conceal carry card and a picture of the front and back of my drivers license which was scannable via the picture. She said no it has to be a physical card. Even though I just rented another truck from another location just fine. I’ve rented for uhual nearly over a hundred times for one of my business and never had a bad experience. This lady was having a power trip of a Sunday afternoon.

Showed up to get a propane refill and was refused service. Online it states that propane refill is open until 5PM. We were told that they stop selling propane 15 minutes before closing, NOT at 5PM.
I can admit fault on my part for showing up ten minutes before closing, however no where was it stated that this would be the case. The man that came to tell us this was very rude and short with my mother and I.

Take picture of the fuel when u return the uhaul i had picture showing i left it as is assistant manager showed me a picture with less of the fuel we left and also they over drafted my account and did not bother to refund me on theere error another things was we arrived at 502 pm manager saw us dropping off the truck on same day and had the nerve to say we didnt do it till monday there fraud and take your money.
