U-Haul Moving & Storage at El Paso Airport offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and self-storage options. The business also provides portable U-Box containers, Moving Help® services, hitch installations, moving and shipping boxes, propane, and online reservations, making it convenient for both local and long-distance moves. Customers praise the staff for being friendly, professional, and helpful, often describing their service as easy, stress-free, and efficient. One staff member was specifically commended for thorough assistance with storage rentals and explaining procedures clearly. Most reviews highlight positive experiences with the staff and their willingness to help resolve issues quickly. However, some customers experienced minor problems, such as a roll-up door that needed adjustment and issues with the U-Haul app, which was reported as unreliable for scheduling and tracking rentals. Despite these issues, customers appreciated that U-Haul did what was necessary to ensure they reached their destinations safely. Overall, the business is seen as reliable, with friendly staff dedicated to helping customers during their moving process.
Wonderful customer service and very fair pricing. Had to empty a storage unit of a few bulky articles and they helped us figure out which sort of vehicle would be a best fit, pickup and dropoff were pretty painless. Definitely going to return here next time we need a van, would recommend!
