Very friendly staff. Explained the process and made it simple. Busy season for moving, but I got what I needed and when I needed to add an extra day, the process was simple and painless. No issues at all, and the return was even easier. Pulled up and he came outside and met me there, I didn’t have to go find anyone.

Very helpful staff. They went out of their way to make sure I had the right trailer for my needs. The manager even swapped out the trailer by himself just so I wouldn’t possibly struggle with a latch that was a little tough. Great experience.
