Selena is an absolute gem! When I booked with her for the first time earlier this year, I knew she would be the one to give my toddler her first hair cut. She is so patient and kind hearted. I love that she takes the time to hear you out and then walks you through everything she’s doing and why, giving thorough explanation so you can do the same at home. She is so sweet and great at what she does! Never makes you feel rushed or dismissed.

I had a very bad experience. I went with my niece she is young and pretty, well I noticed they were hogging on her they were after her like Hoggs probably thinking she was trying to steal!? , I was close to one of the Hoggs, and I told her , “That girl
Is with me and we are paying for everything she wants.” I ended up paying $280. Of merchandise . I felt humiliated that this women were judging my niece . I would have left before buying anything, but my sweet niece is full of joy that she just wanted to get what she needed, without caring how this employees were treating her. They should be ashamed, that instead of seeking on selling to people, they are doing all the contraire,.

Visited this Ulta store and had a disappointing experience. When I asked the salon employee, Selena, where the restroom was, she was incredibly rude. Not what I expect from a retail employee. A little courtesy goes a long way, and it's surprising when it's lacking. However, the rest of the employees I interacted with were really pleasant and helpful. Hopefully, the staff will receive some customer service training to improve the shopping experience.
