  I was disappointed with the customer service at this UPS Store. The staff didn’t demonstrate attentiveness or concern for my needs, which made the experience frustrating. A more engaged and helpful approach would greatly improve customer satisfaction.

  I called for quote that all other companies were happy to provide. This location, 2/6/26 1pm young girl on phone will not give me time of day. When I said I have all the info you are asking that you require she said, no she could not help and hung up. Thumbs down
