I was at this post office yesterday at 4:00pm. An employee by the name of Ben has horrible customer service and was unwilling to help me. He was not wearing a name tag.

The management here is awful, employees are always hiding in the back rather than helping customers at the front. When you are helped you’re met with an employee who has an awful attitude and only wants to do the bare minimum.

There are never enough people staffed here. The waits are long and the service is lacking. Staff more people for the love of god
