I live at the Mountain Village Apartments since I’ve been there the postal office has changed the key to my mailbox multiple times. This has led to a delay in important mail and packages. I’ve never experienced this in other apartments. And has resulted in me having to come to the post office to directly pick up mail, which is time consuming given the long lines and wait times. It would be easier on the workers at the postal office if they just stopped needlessly changing mailbox keys and allowed mail to be delivered directly to peoples mailbox. I’m not sure what is going on in the past they said they changed the mailbox key due to damages or attempted thefts. Now I’m just thinking it’s incompetence and/or workers replacing the keys to the wrong mailbox when a tenant moves out.

Horrible and lazy usps. They misplaced a very important expensive package and after contacting them the manager Theresa gibbons said to give her 2 days to look into the issue… it’s been 2 days I’ve called and not once do they pick up and I’ve emailed and not once did I get a reply. Very frustrating and very unprofessional. Nice to see our tax dollars get put to good use. Do not recommend and if I could give this place a negative rating I would.

Employees will steal your items from packages. Someone stole jewelry from my package and delivered just an empty box. Phone number listed just hangs up if you try calling. Shut this place down!! ??

Called multiple times in the span of 3 days and not once was the phone ever picked up, went to the location today regarding my problem that could’ve been dealt with on the phone, was given wrong key number, had to call my apt complex to figure out what box actually belonged to the key I was given, mail box was broken therefore was unable to retrieve my package. I gave my information and was told my problem would be fixed, still don’t have my package, called the store again and guess what? no answer. Something needs to change, poor service from employees. Definitely will be going back only to file a complaint, such an inconvenience.

I moved to the area in January and had to come here to get a key for my mailbox. I showed them my lease and was charged $40. I would later find out that since I was getting a key for the first time, I shouldn’t have been charged. Anyway, six weeks later, I still have no key.I filled out the form for them to hold my mail THREE times now, but every time I go there and wait an hour in line on a SATURDAY (because I work during the week) to find that all of my mail is still in the locked box that I cannot open. Bills. Packages. Everything.Understaffed. Don’t come into this location unless your schedule is clear for the rest of the day.

How is possible that the tracking number says delivered but it was never in our mailbox, no one from this place could locate my envelope with important documents and now is missing and they cannot do anything about it? They always misplace mail and I have to ask the neighbors to see if they have received anything something I should not do because I HAVE A MAILBOX and Im supposed to receive my mail, specially if it's a passport.

Delivery driver lazy liars. Had a product supposed to be delivered by Feb. 10. Tracking states there was an attempt to deliver, and package is held at usps by my request. There was no attempted delivery, and I did not want the product held at the office.Also consistently lose paperwork and can’t understand how to forward mail. Trash.

The mail guy likes to complain a lot on how you park your vehicle by the mail box, when all he has to do is get off and walk a few steps, I’ve moved my truck multiple times just for his convenience and he still has something to complain about, it’s to a point where the courier isn’t delivering my or even my neighbors mail

This place always has a long line, and 80% of the time they have one person working the counter. I don't come to the post office for a field trip and wait around. I come to get what I need done so I can get the rest of my day done.

There is always a long line BUT ive noticed most of the time its because people dont have their items ready. The staff go above & beyond to be helpful and nice. Ive noticed some customers be rude & nasty and staff maintained professional attitudes. Today was the 1st time ive done business w Lili. Very sweet lady. Kudos to the staff for their patience & helpfulness.

There’s two ladies one doesn’t know what she’s doing she was asking and asking what to do and they’re even joking that I’ve been here at two in the morning and they’re laughing and they’re skipping people when they’re people in the front I was there more than 20 minutes. It’s just ridiculous. No wonder this has low. Ratings and a line all the way to the door people were leaving and so did I !!
