Verizon should pay closer attention to the representatives working at this store. Rafa and Arturo were the rudest customer service providers I have ever encountered. They both smelled like marijuana, were disrespectful, and charged me for a service they did not provide. After speaking with customer service over the phone, I was informed that the service was never even processed. Additionally, they were speaking in Spanglish about my underage daughter, assuming I wouldn’t understand them, which was highly inappropriate.
These two employees should not be working under these conditions or interacting with customers.

Don't even go first they tell you an amount and you trust the staff and after a month your bill goes up to 230 like me for 4 lines and they never solve anything anymore not even because they increase we have good Internet and the lines are worse than the subway

I find it stupid that they have to take hrs to set new phones up with all the technology at hand nowadays. I shouldn't have to wait an hr to purchase something just because people buying new phones get preference over other customers.

Arturo was absolutely amazing. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable. He was very helpful with setting up my new device, and answered any questions I had.

Arturo was beyond helpful and resourceful today! I went in to the store frustrated with my phone, but he was patient and helped me work through the problem I was having. He was so detailed and explained everything I needed to know after deciding to upgrade my phone. He was knowledgeable and very kind! He made this experience so positive and easy! I highly recommend this store! Ask for Arturo! Thank you so much!!!

Just wanted to thank the guy working here for refusing to give me my free upgrade or replacement phone. I switched to AT&T because all the Verizon store in EP won’t follow company policy because they won’t get commission! Been with the company for too many years, Verizon can thank yah for loosing a loyal customer with 5 lines
