Excellent service. I was immediately greeted and helped when I walked in around 10:30 a.m. on a Wednesday. Everything went smoothly, and I appreciate how convenient the location is.

I have had good and ho hum experiences here. My old phone service was Xfinity and for some reason it was being trial and error to get my number ported over to Verizon. This went on for several weeks. Finally the gentleman that helped me at this location gave me an intermediate Texas number that I could then port my old number on top of. It still took a few days and yet another escalation, but at least I could use both phones! Also, I was having a terrible time with the new shield on my phone and they promptly took the old one off and put the new one on in about 10 minutes at no charge. The ho hum experience was trying to get our account straightened out. Now to be fair, I don't think they do a lot of account issues at this store and so the woman helping me gave me wrong information about the billing. It's still not straightened out but at least now I know what exactly is happening. It wasn't that I had to talk to anybody it was just that I had to look at the current bill and the one coming up and figure out what the charges were. I feel like I'm doing someone's job at times.

I would highly recommend for your phone activation/carrier switch needs to set a time with Criss. Individual was very helpful and very informative in letting me choose the correct plan. 100% recomiendo el representante Criss que me ayudó a entender mi plan telefónica y ofrecerme las mejores ofertas

Worst customer experience I can remember. Trade in fiasco- sales rep forgot to process my trade in when I picked up my new phone and sent me on my way after I asked multiple times if there was anything else we needed to do. Got a notice it had been cancelled, called corporate 2 days later to confirm the trade in and no record of it being dropped off. Had to go back to this store where the first rep became defensive, argumentative, and vindictive- purposefully not getting the manager that was 20 ft away for an unreasonably long time. Seems like it was punishment for not wanting to deal with terrible service. 2 of 3 employees blamed me for the mishap, saying I abandoned the device and therefore they couldn't keep it at the store. No one tried to call me back and let me know if it. Bottom line the rep messed up creating a huge frustration, and then 2 other reps blamed me for it, became defensive and exacerbated the issue rather than try to resolve. They shouldn't be on the sales floor

I am not satisfied with the service they gave my mother. A gentlemen was rude and did not want to help unfortunatly. My mother was picking up a new phone and as soon as she said no the the Verizon Internet the gentlemen started acting indifferent and would not help my mother put another associate was very cold to answering questions, we had to go to the Verizon in the North East to help up switch our phone data over.

Got a new phone at Costco and had some issues with the trade in between what i was told from the onsite sales agent and the Verizon webpage. I thought that it was going to be a huge pain, but when I went to the corporate store next to the Sunland Park mall, they had me in and out perfectly in less than ten minutes. Should have gone there in the first place as I've always had great service, but even when I didn't, they jumped in and saved the day. Can't recommend them enough.

Verizon is a great place to have all your phone issues addressed quickly and efficiently. I ported my late father's decades-old landline to my cellphone (I'm sentimental that way) and Verizon made it happen without a problem whatsoever. I never hesitate to go to the Verizon store!

The Verizon location at 820 Sunland Park Dr, El Paso, TX 79912 has terrible customer service. Please do not visit this location to purchase new phones. My family took advantage of a promotion that Verizon had to trade our phones and on site, the representative said he could not print out a label for our old phones to be shipped. He said they had to be shipped and could not be returned at the store. I had to go to the store THREE times and they kept saying their printers didn't work. They never emailed me the shipping label they promised. On my FOURTH visit I had to call the Verizon customer service line to intervene because I was up against the 30 day deadline to return phones. The customer service representative had to explain to the location that they had to provide me with a shipping label for each device. The rep at the store was bothered that I involved the customer service line. They finally printed out my labels, clearly their printers were not broken. They made this experience so difficult. It was like pulling teeth for basic customer service. I am disappointed with how terrible they made this Verizon experience for my family.
