Bankers all in one cubicle discussing plans while there’s customers waiting in lobby. The one good thing, the lady that said thank you for coming in and thank you for your visit. Other than that, nobody had any sense of urgency to help.

Service in this branch is unacceptable. Having a business account with Wells Fargo for years means nothing. The lady at the commercial lane should be fired or moved to another department

What a horribly slow drive thru. Literally sat here for 10 minutes with only one other car in the drive thru area. And sat here for ten minutes without even a hello from the teller. Horrible bank. Miserable people.
