Unprofessional and incompetent. Don't assume they are filling your prescription completely, count your pills in the parking lot before you leave. Lindsey was very rude, I would not recommend.

I made an appointment for a flu shot for today and filled in paperwork online. I was kept waiting a total of an hour…even asking twice what was going on. The response was they were preparing it. In the meantime they gave a flu shot to a woman who did not have an appointment and filled out paperwork there while I was waiting. I finally left and went to CVS and waited five minutes. If I could give a minus star I would. Go to CVS for your immunizations.

horrible experience every single time i’ve tried to fill my dog’s prescription here. they either misplace their medications and say they don’t have it in stock or they lose the entire prescription after it’s been faxed over by the doctor themselves. do not recommend this pharmacy at all. i would give it zero stars if i could.

Not a bad pharmacy if you don’t have to go there. Had a prescription there for two weeks that they refused to fill. If you have a broke back they just pull you around in circles. My doctor sent in prescriptions three days in a row, and they still refused to do it. The want you to seek out illegal drugs on the streets rather than give you the prescription from your doctor.

Jennifer the pharmacist at H-E-B in elgin tx went above and beyond in helping us obtain medication which is life saving medication. She researched it called us and we were able to get the medication. My family and I will remain with this pharmacy for a very long time. The best customer service team and compassionate caring team. The pharmacist does everything she can to try and help those in need. Thank you again Jennifer you are truly a life saver.

I am not a fan of this HEB. They are always crowded, including in the pharmacy. Plus they have stopped carrying so many things, its kind of worthless. For the pharmacy, their staff is always very nice and they try but lines are always long and prescriptions keep ending up on auto refill even though I have repeatedly asked that they not do that. I don't have time to run into the pharmacy multiple times, particularly when it's at least a 15-25 minute wait each time. I tried keeping them all together so I could make one trip per month but it doesn't seem to be possible. I used to love HEB, but not any more. They just aren't as customer friendly as they used to be nor are they a solid resource for what I need any more.

One of the least competent pharmacies I’ve had the displeasure of visiting. Both in person and by phone, many of their representatives took my information down incorrectly, never following up with me to confirm even such basics as the spelling of my name, my phone number, etc. They do not notify when medications have arrived, making folks come in person to stand in line for ages. You’d be far better off taking your prescriptions to Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens if they accept your insurance. I have been to this HEB location 4-5 times now and have never had a visit or phone call that went smoothly and did not require a follow-up on my part.
