“I was impressed with the guy that stopped what he was doing to take a couple minutes to take a look at my car. I could tell they were busy but he still took the time and refused and tip or compensation. He was kind, friendly and knowledgeable.
This tells me they care more about us than the bottom line. I recommend this mechanic and I will my car in their hands next time it needs work.”

“This happened in 2022: wow, I came in the door and I'm the only other person in the lobby besides a lady leaving her keys at the front desk and even when she leaves, my existence isn't acknowledged. One of the mechanics sees me standing at the desk twice and twice he turns back to his computer. Another mechanic comes in while I'm standing there and likewise ignores me. Only the owner greeted me.

This stings even more when I'm here to pay a $1000+ bill.

Every time I have taken my car here they do a good job but this last time when they replaced the fan, I expected things to go back to normal as they were and instead the fan makes a lot of vibrating noise for example if I leave it in park or I am stopped at a light for a bit too long. I took it back and asked the technician to check it or maybe the fan is unbalanced or something as they told me in Fiesta Chevrolet... But when I needed the damn thing to make noise so the technician could see and hear it it didn't and he said that it is fine... I disagree. I may not know anything about mechanics but I do know that when something is fixed it should be left as it originally was. As if nothing were wrong.

I know prices have increased everywhere but jfc a diagnostic is ridiculous.”

“The staff are amazing. Steven, the service writer is my absolute favorite and is so good at what he does. Martha as well, is such a great team lead! Now regarding the review on noone answering the phone: You need to understand the associates are either outside writing up tickets, in the shop spotting vehicles being moved in/out of the center OR helping the line of customers that decide to checkout there billion items at automotive instead of getting it done where all the damn registers are. Mind you they also help customers who need paint!! How would you feel if you were an associate taking a phone call when theres a line in front of you, and people are paging you because customers need help, and all these customers looking at you with frustration because they just want to check out and leave? Id rather focus on the customers that are in front of me and get them out of the way then move on to the phone IF theres time. Dont take it out on the associates when YOU could've saved yourself some time by using the app and scheduling your appointment online and not having too wait so long as a WALK IN. Yes you'llprobablystill wait a tad with an appointment, but it will not be as long as a walk in. Appointments do take priority. So take it out on the higher ups who do a shitty job scheduling the right amount of associates to take on ALL the jobs they are required to do. But absolutely everyone in the auto center are doing their absolute best! Rant over. Carry on :)”
