“Late at night I had a flat tire on the freeway & called a tow truck to haul my vehicle back home. The next morning I called Fred at Goodyear, who has been my go to salesman & friend to help me. With no other vehicle to get to the hospital, where my husband was in ICU, Fred lined up a solution to my problem. He drove my vehicle to the Goodyear Service Center, put on 2 new tires & drove my vehicle back to my house. I was able to get to the hospital to see my husband.

“After having a minor accident in my Buick Encore I took it in to Hacienda they immediately submitted to my insurance the estimate and explained to me the process. They were very professional and always kept me up to date. There was a delay which I understand because of the parts that needed to be ordered. I was given a certain date it would be ready and was very happy that they were able to finish 4 days before. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend this place. I’ve had my Encore a year and half now and after the work done feels like it’s brand new again. I wanted to add one more thing. I realized after getting my Encore back. The inside of it was vacuumed and cleaned which I’m very grateful for not something you all needed to do but you all did. Thank you so much”

“did you ever have one of those days when you'd been out to the Island and then heading home the reliable El Camino fuel pump in the tank lets go? coasting to the side of the road at dusk is not a good feeling. so the next day after getting towed to Pep Boys the night before, you get to the manger and he advises "we can fix you up". Good feeling but not great yet 'cause the Camino is still on the lift when you show up. then you see her coming down and starts right up... Great Feeling! Pep Boys may have lost a half a tank of gas in the process but the baby is running and I'm checking out and heading home. Great 5 Star repair. Thanks PB's AxE”

“My husband took his car in for a diagnostic test to be done on his ac after another shop quoted a extremely high price
He just felt he needed a second opinion
Thank god. We dropped the car off yesterday and today they called & said the car would be done today
My husband was previously told his compressor,fan & resister was out..
The ac mechanic told him he would go part by part to get to the issue.
And that's just what he did
All that was replaced was the resister & relay & we paid a reasonable price. Which we were expecting another high price.
Other shop quoted $1,100 & we saved almost $900 here!
We will be taking another car back next week for them to fix the ac on it!

Thank you to the manager!ORIGINAL: Got my Fiat 500x worked on a couple months ago (electrical problems) and when I went to go pick up my vehicle the door handle was damaged (the key cap cover broke off). I called and they were going to charge me to fix what they broke, so I haven’t gone back.”
