“While traveling south on I-45 we had a most unusual incident. Our SUV's lower engine cover came loose and started scraping along the freeway at near 80 mph! The noise was unbelievable and we had no idea what had happened. Fortunately we were in Ennis and I was lucky to get off the highway and into a parking lot. I looked up auto repair and found Chris' Auto Repair was nearby. I drove over and they were able to get my problem stabilized and us back on the road in just a few minutes, and at no charge! “Twisted metal did an outstanding job handling my vehicle repairs. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, nice, and relatable. The repairs were absolutely perfect, and very quick. They went out of their way to assist me in the process, and were super helpful. Due to the damage on my vehicle, there was a hidden issue (no way for the shop to know about it without driving it on the highway) with the alignment/tire balance when I picked it up, but I called twisted metal and they fixed it immediately. I have (unfortunately) went through other repair shops before, but twisted metal surpassed all of them easily. Highly HIGHLY recommend this repair shop. Thank you again to the kind folks at twisted metal!!”

“So the touch screen on my GMC Acadia has not been working for over a year. I was scared to get it fixed because i did not want to pay over 1k on a whole new entertainment system. Well this shop took a look at my GMC and my repairs were under 400. They were very transparent about servicing what they know they can fix and take on. The genuine honesty and timeline won me over. We had 3 tires replaced on his car for $120 and were in and out in under an hour on a Saturday. Tires appeared to be pretty great quality for being used and should be able to get a lot of driving out of them along with having a more reliable and road worthy whip.”
