“I knew I needed 2 tires ,but because of the Observent manager who saw 1 of my tires in the front had wire showing. Me I didn't see it at all, would've changed my back and would've had a blowout. Thank to the professionals for directing me to what was needed. I've changed the two tires and will make arrangements to get new ones soon.”
“Tim Guest, the owner was very professional and offered great options. I ended up with a great product and price. His two shop employees were knowledgeable and efficient! I would definitely recommend their shop. Thank you!”
“Upon arrival was greeted, was told where to put my vehicle and to engage the parking brake. Once I exited my vehicle, the vehicle was jacked up within seconds, tire removed, leak fixed, and I was back on the road within 10 minutes. Reasonable cost, will use them again if I need that service”
“Traveling on I45 from DFW area to Galveston. Had to pull off in Ennis and discovered we had blown out a tire. We were stuck in the Auto Zone parking lot. We called another tire company that did not have the ability to assist, but referred us to Supreme Tire. They had a new tire in inventory for my car. They sent a truck that removed my wheel/tire, took it to their shop to mount the new tire, and then delivered and installed the new tire. They were friendly, courteous, professional and very prompt. They were wonderful and made a bad day a bit better!!!”
“Came to get my car aligned and the service was great and even with an issue after the service they jump on it to help me fix the problem. Great customer service.I would recommend this service.”
“So I needed two back tires. Ojeda went above and beyond to fix my rim. It took a minute but he got the job done. I felt very comfortable with him and his judgments. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for great customer service.”
