“I really cannot recommend this business enough. The owner, Li Garcia, is extremely kind, patient and honest.
Li knows his stuff extremely well. I had a complex issue where my computer couldn't POST or access BIOS, and he identified the issue in under an hour. When I later came to discuss the issue with him, he explained to me how he replaced my CPU with a placeholder and showed me that my processor was actually at fault for being unable to boot. We had in depth discussions about temperatures and my cooling system where he was finally able to discern that my processor was defective, and he proved to me that the rest of my system worked fine with another CPU. He even checked every one of my motherboard's CPU pins to make sure they were all good to go!
Li also helped me work through the RMA process with AMD, giving me advice and even going as far as to make a report/statement for the CPU upon my request that I later sent to AMD. If you're having any computer issues, look no further. Li's honest personality and kindness makes him stand out from other repair businesses I've seen and considered. He will undoubtedly have my business again if I ever need more help!”

I’ve been to a lot of Office Depot locations in my life, and this one is BY FAR my favorite.
When I say the staff is helpful, I mean every single person in this store is ready to assist you—no hesitation. They’ve got a lot of younger employees here, and let me just say… these are some genuinely nice kids ???. Respectful, polite, and actually willing to help (which is rare these days).
I spend a lot of time in this location, so I get to see how they treat everyone, not just me—and they’re consistently friendly, patient, and efficient no matter what kind of day they might be having.

Our intial contacts were because we had a computer or network problem that was disrupting our work and they were able to resolve these every time, which is not always the case with other tech services we used previuosly. “I’m giving this location four stars only due to the fact that I called their location literally right before I went in within minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I tried five times.
Then when I arrived just 3 to 4 minutes later, there was literally two employees in the store and no one else…. it was almost comical.
I almost said something, but knew that it wouldn’t do any good.
GameStop, if this location is slow on sales not answering, the phone is a good indicator as to why .

However, even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I still ended up waiting about 45 minutes. The technician tried to help with my phone, which was stuck in recovery mode, but unfortunately wasn’t able to fix it and said it was basically only good for salvage. Not the outcome I hoped for, but the service was courteous throughout.”
“Just want to say thank you to the owner/manager. I came in Saturday to swap a phone I bought earlier that week. I didn't realize at the time that the phone I purchased was actually a downgrade from my old FE model. The A16 was substantially slower than what I use for work. I needed the speed back.
I expected a hassle to swap it and pay the difference. It did take some time, but that's OK. It's done and I have the speed back. Couldn't be more happy. Thanks for the approval to get it done.”
