“I've been shopping here for years. Work right around the corner and I am the designated IT guy. Although their prices are more than what you could find most items on Amazon, the quality really cannot be beat aka the quality of the things they stock here in the store namely wires, connectors, etc seem to be extremely well-built. I have noticed a decline in the store as it comes to volume of products and amount of each product that they stock. Definitely the Amazon effect at play, which is sad to see, but I think the place is holding on rather well and every time I go in it is really busy. Lots of employees that know where things are or who to talk to in order to find the things you need to get in and out quickly. Will continue to shop here. IMO, much better than the one at Heritage Trace as far as willingness of the employees to help you out.”

“The staff here is consistently excellent in their courtesy, knowledge, patience and helpfulness. While it takes a while to be waited on due to the volume of customers (though you can avoid this by booking an appointment online before you go), the attention you receive for your shopping or support issue is outstanding. They take time with you and have a wealth of knowledge about the products. In addition, they treat all guests with respect from what I have seen.”
