Thankfully, I had insurance through my phone carrier and they were able to schedule a repair at this location the very next day. I couldn't stand to stare at the broken screen and be reminded that my life wasn't together. I came first thing in the morning and Bimala made sure she was communication with me throughout the whole process. She is a gem of a human and was so pleasant to chat with. She kept the entire place running smoothly and was on top of everything. Hopefully, I don't need to return but will find myself using this location if another mishap occurs.”
