“Went in to get my screen replaced. Filed the claim through tmobile and set up my appointment online. When I walked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had everything fixed and ready to go within the estimated time frame they gave me, so there wasn't any unnecessary standing around and waiting. Very quick and well done screen replacement. Its been a few days and everything is working 100% on my phone. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“My son's Iphone 12 quit turning on. We assumed it was the battery. We originally took it across the street to a different repair shop(we went to the 1st one we saw on google). They said it wasn't the battery but needed a new screen. They referred us to this store. When we went and explained the situation (that it may need a new screen), they advised that it would cost $121 for a new screen. After a few hours, we came back and the phone was like brand new and working beautifully. IT WAS THE BATTERY! And the cost of a new battery was $80. So we were not scammed! The gentleman at the front (may have been an owner) was incredibly kind and helpful. This is where we will come every time we need Iphone repair. Very happy with this repair shop!”

“It was great! I had tried to do a Windows update and then the system wouldn't start up any more. I took it into PC help and Brian and Tom were really friendly and helpful. They got my computer fixed up in no time. They also told me I would benefit from upgrading my hard drive. I said I wasn't sure about that. They offered to upgrade it and said if I didn't see the benefit they would put it back like it was no charge. I'm so glad I did it because it's like I got a new computer. “I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. The guy gave me an estimate for the generic brand screen or the apple brand. It's $150 less. He Let me know generic wouldn't calibrate and I might get a pop up message. Anyways. It's an older phone so we replaced it with the lesser cost screen. I'm very happy with the result so far. No error message pop ups. Also the estimate was up to 2 hrs for repair It was complete in 30 minutes. This business cannot be seen from the street. It sits in the plaza near cooks next to Cristina's.”

“I actually went to two Batteries Plus stores, and both had great service. First one in South Irving did a free test and told me my battery wasn't in as bad shape as I thought it was. (It was like 15 degrees out that day, and the car was a bit hard to start). His exact words were: "Not good. Not bad. Might get another year possibly." The South Irving store didn't have the battery for my car, but the guy looked it up on his computer and found it in the North Irving store.I drove up there and the guy was super professional. Got the battery installed in about a half an hour. Probably wouldn't have taken so long if it wasn't a Subaru with weird fasteners and sub-freezing temperatures. This is a well-run company. And they were open on Sunday!”
