Jose was very friendly and after 5 min he was able to fix my problem by simply cleaning out my charging port. Saved me a lot of money by not trying to up-charge me and got me in and out fast!”

“I called at the end of the day hoping to get a phone screen repaired, but got sent away from two other shops or quoted three to four hour wait times. Not only was this location immediately available, but they also had the job done in less than 20 minutes and even fixed the back camera that wasn’t in the original estimate at no cost! “LONG POST ALERT: Today I almost had a heart attack. When my phone screen first started flashing a little, then the top 3rd would not operate, then the bottom 2/3rds went solid green and the top flashing crazy images. Here it was six thirty on saturday night and I was freaking out that my lifelines was going dead. I called Dr. Phone Repair and they said come on and in 30 minutes my phone was better than new. “I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. The guy gave me an estimate for the generic brand screen or the apple brand. It's $150 less. He Let me know generic wouldn't calibrate and I might get a pop up message. Anyways. It's an older phone so we replaced it with the lesser cost screen. I'm very happy with the result so far. No error message pop ups. Also the estimate was up to 2 hrs for repair It was complete in 30 minutes. This business cannot be seen from the street. It sits in the plaza near cooks next to Cristina's.”
“I visited Retro Madness and what an interesting place it was! The inside was filled with cool things to look at and the prices weren't too bad either. The entire store had about four different mini-stores within it, each showcasing their own unique and interesting items. I'll definitely go back whenever I have some time to --it's a must-see for sure! If you're a fan of retro items or just unique finds, this place is definitely worth checking out.”

“I actually went to two Batteries Plus stores, and both had great service. First one in South Irving did a free test and told me my battery wasn't in as bad shape as I thought it was. (It was like 15 degrees out that day, and the car was a bit hard to start). His exact words were: "Not good. Not bad. Might get another year possibly." The South Irving store didn't have the battery for my car, but the guy looked it up on his computer and found it in the North Irving store.I drove up there and the guy was super professional. Got the battery installed in about a half an hour. Probably wouldn't have taken so long if it wasn't a Subaru with weird fasteners and sub-freezing temperatures. This is a well-run company. And they were open on Sunday!”
