I had a loose connection on the battery that was the issue and she tightened it for me and didn't charge an arm and a leg for a new battery like autozone was trying to charge. Will definitely be my go to store now on.”

“Honest review* I was given the wrong battery at a different Oreillys location and was told they could not replace my battery because it was too difficult, which I understand if its company policy,but this location here and the two gentlemen I believe there names were (Denny/Danny and John) went above and beyond to resolve my issue and replaced my battery! They were there in the evening shift, but I hope the manager sees this review because they truly were of great help, and Denny/Danny was just awesome, sincerely thank you !”

“Ted was very helpful. Battery died in my elderly mom's GMC Terrain, and it's an AGM battery, so it's harder to install. Therefore, O'Reilly is not allowed to install these as they could be liable if something went wrong. So, he helped me get a new battery and recommended someone to install it for me, who was two minutes away. Done in no time! Thank you, Ted, for your help and friendliness as well”

“I used to always go to Autozone for batteries or lights. But the service had been lackluster especially the past few times I went. I was at one and was given a really bad attitude by the clerk, and was going to go to a different location when I decided I would just try out O reilly's instead. I should add the lady on the phone from Autozone was exceptionally rude to me. I'm glad I went here instead! Professional, and good service. I will be taking my business here from now on and am only upset I didn't try this store sooner. Thank you.”

“A friend and I were driving and he asked me if I preferred Auto Zone or O'Reilly. I told him for the longest time I was a Auto Zone guy but recently became a fan of O'Reilly because of their customer service. We arrived at O'Reilly and Bob helped us with my headlight issue. He was very respectful and eager to help every step of the way from researching the correct product to physically helping us change out the headlights which proved to be extremely difficult. I just want to say thanks again, Bob, very much appreciated.”

“The store on beltline, right pass Rock island had great customer service.. here I ordered my breaks, but had to pick it up at the store off at story by 183. They were busy, only 2 people attending the customers, and like 6-7 others just walking around the store and 2 of them were looking up for online orders,. One white guy with glasses there literally said he'd rather be stocking than attending customer... You know that will Never be my store... I'll stick to the beltline store, great customer service, clean, no confusion on what was happening... They have their heads on correctly..?”

“I actually went to two Batteries Plus stores, and both had great service. First one in South Irving did a free test and told me my battery wasn't in as bad shape as I thought it was. (It was like 15 degrees out that day, and the car was a bit hard to start). His exact words were: "Not good. Not bad. Might get another year possibly." The South Irving store didn't have the battery for my car, but the guy looked it up on his computer and found it in the North Irving store.I drove up there and the guy was super professional. Got the battery installed in about a half an hour. Probably wouldn't have taken so long if it wasn't a Subaru with weird fasteners and sub-freezing temperatures. This is a well-run company. And they were open on Sunday!”

They gave me a loaner battery while they trickle charged and tested mine overnight before declaring it healthy and charging me nothing.My most recent visit they again gave me a loaner battery and installed it for me while they test and charge my battery overnight.Great customer service mixed with a strong product is a five star recipe for success in my book.Interstate, I will be buying all my batteries from you moving forward!”
