“I had gone to another O’reillys off of Abrams and the guy that was “helping me” started smirking as if the issue I was having was amusing to him. So I left and went to another O’reillys off New York. Here the manager Luis, was able to find my warranty that the other guy couldn’t find BUT it’s the same system as the one off Abrams WEIRD!! Anyways Luis was very respectful and helped me get my battery that was still under warranty. Thank you so much for your help Luis!!!”

“My friend and I had his coolant changed about 30 minutes before arriving at this O'Reilly's, as it had turned out the coolant was never filled and causing overheating issues.
Sebastian was working, and talked to us about the problems and what to do. He recommended us a great coolant and why, and even came outside to supervise the coolant filling, offering and expecting to do it himself.
He was absolutely amazing and went well above and beyond his job duties. Got my friend signed up for the rewards program even! I'd highly recommend this O'Reilly's location to anyone needing such a shop just because of Sebastian's stellar service and personality.”

My wife and I came to buy brake pads, and I ran into issue after issue. She absolutely deserves a raise and a paid vacation. This store just earned a life time customer with a old truck im sure they're going to make thousands off of me over the next few years. Ill never forget her kindness and patience. I have mental health issues and she never made me feel less than for not knowing exactly what I needed. I absolutely can not recommend this store enough. God worked through this store today. “We didn’t purchase any batteries, but we did rent a U-haul here. Mike was very pleasant and accommodating. I called to cancel because our storage place lost power in the elevators and couldn’t predict when they would be up and running. But Mike kindly held the reservation until we were able to pick up the truck. Smooth no issues transaction. Much appreciated! We will always rent here when needed.”
