Since the lobby has been closed due to Covid, I dearly miss the friendships I had formed over the years. The drive through folks are very courteous, but the experience is not the same.

Ug, where do I start? We have dealt with this band for years as Legacy Bank, then Prosperity took it over and it's been down hill from there. The bank staff is all new. I couldn't get the manager come out of hiding to talk to me. I have a business account with them and instead of driving to this location, I have to drive to Grapevine to take care of transactions because this branch doesn't know how to process what I need.I tried for 6 months to get a statement for my business account but because I paid ahead they weren't sending me a statement. I ended up putting a complaint in with the BBB and finally it hit the fan and I got a call from corporate who supposedly straightened it out. I got one statement last month and paid it. So thinking it was all straightened out I went on about my life.Tonight I'm sitting here going over my books for May and I'll be dang if I missed the dang payment because they didn't send me a flipping statement. No statement, no email, no text...nothing!Their online banking is the most antiquated system I've ever seen. It's like time warping back to the 90's. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this bank, both branch and overall company all together.

Nice clean location. Very empty! It's a good sized bank on the inside, there were 3 lady's behind the counter doing the deposits and such, and one person doing the admin items, which we really needed to make some adjustments to our account, however she was busy with one person the entire time we were there waiting. We made deposit, waited, then this person went to the back employee area with the customer she was with and was gone for a while. We eventually just left. Didn't want to sit around for an extended period to make adjustments at this location when they couldn't keep enough staff on hand to handle more than one person at a time. There were 5 other offices inside that were furnished, but the lights were off and no one else was around. If you have deposits, hit the drive through, inside, it's dark and unwelcoming and there is only one person to help with anything administrative.

I'm going through a tough situation with my mother in a behavioral mental health center and they have been very gracious and helpful with the Power of Attorney I have and helping me get her accounts in order for me. They are very compassionate and kind. Thank you!

Not a very good merge. No debit card.. called customer service to get a new one.. on hold for 50 minutes no answer.. gave up and called the bank for assistance.. they also put you on hold over and over again. Downhill from here. Will be refinancing with another bank in the future.

My business partner and I find it somewhat irritating that this bank does not have branch locations in North Fort Worth or the Mid-Cities areas of Haltom City, Richland Hills or Hurst. Nonetheless, the tellers and personal bankers provide cordial service here.

I had a problem with an agency that had charged me many times above and beyond the fee we had agreed to. Legacy contacted them and got me almost half a grand back within 72 hours!
