Horrible Experience & Extremely Bad customer service, Unless you want to waste your time here to locate a part or a question go to this location.
Had me waiting 15min for a part, was to busy yapping to another customer about “Oil” for 10min. The worst part of it there was 3 other old 85+ old Employees just hovering to that one customer about “Oil”
This location is a bunch of old heads with dementia, This isn’t a NAPA it’s a Retirement Home.

Unless Napa Auto Parts is the last resort to get a part, I highly suggest to go elsewhere.
1. They don’t keep records of your purchases, even if you buy the part online.
2. It’s a pain to return anything and you know in the parts business sometimes you just need to.
3. Their website is ridiculously difficult! I save my passwords but somehow the password never saves.
4. When I have tried to reset my password I have never gotten a reset email. I have no other issues with any other app or website I use.
5. When you go into the store the people there act like their company has no issues and no one else is frustrated with the way they handle sales and returns. Clueless or just plain ignorant? Either is unacceptable.
6. If you do order a part, get ready to wait, and wait and wait.
After writing this review, just out of curiosity, I signed onto my O’Riley’s account on their website and they have kept an account of ALL my purchases since 2005! 2000 freaking 5! Why is it so difficult for Napa to keep a record? Most likely to make it near impossible for you to be able to return parts.
Napa acts like they are the only game in town. Here’s some news for them. They certainly are NOT. Bah, bye Napa. You will no longer get my money.

Worst napa ever it took the store manager christina like 20 minutes to help me out I was the only customer there, I was completely ignored. Rude and unprofessional management you might want to invest in someone that has customer skills. Never going back

Perfect as always ?there only been 2 times in the past 20 plus years. That Napa didn't have the parts. That was do both cars were so new. It was a dealer only parts. Other that every Napa I have been has always been helpful. Thanks Napa keep up the good work.

First time in this store and as an elderly lady I have to depend on the information given and I had the opportunity to speak with Chad and he was so very helpful. He helped me with my purchase and I left with all the confidence that this will be my store of choice for the future.

Tell you on the app they have a.product and go all the way there and didn't have it or were trying to get me to buy more than I needed.I left with nothing for the extra distance out of the way.

Guy behind counter bald . Dim look. Went in needed plastic cabin fan for Suzuki. He ordered it from warehouse. We talked about the sticker shock for plastic fan cage. He orders it cus we need it today. We come back after they call and say they have it. They ordered the motor not the cage then claim we screwed up not them . What dirty business practices
