Worst napa ever it took the store manager christina like 20 minutes to help me out I was the only customer there, I was completely ignored. Rude and unprofessional management you might want to invest in someone that has customer skills. Never going back

Perfect as always ?there only been 2 times in the past 20 plus years. That Napa didn't have the parts. That was do both cars were so new. It was a dealer only parts. Other that every Napa I have been has always been helpful. Thanks Napa keep up the good work.

First time in this store and as an elderly lady I have to depend on the information given and I had the opportunity to speak with Chad and he was so very helpful. He helped me with my purchase and I left with all the confidence that this will be my store of choice for the future.

He orders it cus we need it today. We come back after they call and say they have it. They ordered the motor not the cage then claim we screwed up not them . What dirty business practices

There’s still good people in this world we had originally bought two batteries for my husband truck in Oklahoma he works everywhere around the United States so he drives all the time his batteries were going bad and they’re still covered under warranty. We didn’t have the receipt so I called the original place where I purchased it and they were nice enough to email me a receipt he drove to a place that they didn’t have the batteries and they send them somewhere else. I called Robert at this location and he was nice enough to let me know that they do have the batteries in stock, and he would be expecting my husband with the batteries, just a little things that make someone’s life easier thank you Robert. ??

First time in a NAPA store. I needed a specific item I saw they have online, otherwise I’ve always gone to O’Reilly’s or Autozone - both of which I’ve always had great service. One time my truck broke down in the middle of nowhere and three O’Reilly’s employees got me the alternator I needed and each called people they know to come install it. AN ALTERNATOR was installed right away in middle of nowhere Texas in 120 degrees and I was on my way. Will never forget them. Or Autozone’s friendly service time and time again. Always extremely knowledgeable about products and helpful there. Also go the whole nine yards and install items, or at least help you figure out how to do it yourself or find the right product for you to take to a shop. Now, NAPA, here’s my experience. I walk in 25 min before closing and the one guy working is ready to leave already. He’s on his phone, doesn’t acknowledge me or anything. I have to get his attention and he’s still looking at his phone sitting down. I have to force the guy to type in his computer my vehicle info to look up a part, and he still doesn’t type, and instead says to go buy it online. Im like ya it’s online but I’m here now, I need it now. I want to use my AAA discount. He’s like no, I don’t do that, go online - so rude, acting like I’m really bothering him at the time. Alright, so I guess NAPA isn’t a store to visit. OR, this man should be fired because he really is a bad face to the company. Will not return to any NAPA Auto Parts tbh, or go on their website. Watch who you support, my friends.I just saw their other reviews and many people have complained about the same situation. Guy sitting on a stool on his phone. And all the owner replies is “give me a call give me a shout at my number” and continues on his day? Review posted 6 months ago saying the same thing? Guy is still sitting on his phone? All this time? Getting paid? Terrible ownership. Close this store and leave the space for the hard working business owners that actually care to provide positivity and value to their community. Euless could use something better in that location.

If you order something from napa and its comingnfrom mesquite go out and get it yourself. There delivery system sucks. Then make sure when you get to the store its the same sales guy. I get there to pick up something counter guy gives me a attitude tells me its not there but the previous guy puts in a spot its not supposed to be. Heres a clue napa have meetings and communicate with each other Im not the enemy i know when I ordered my stuff. And whg do you have delivery vehicles if your not going to deliver to a commercial location.???

Same as Ben, my car had a battery problem and I took it to this location. Terrie had an attitude from the beginning of the interaction until I left. I asked Terrie if he could help me with the battery tester and he told me I could do it myself and if I needed the battery replaced I'd have to do it myself aswell. This location doesn't deserve anyone's business until the employees change their attitudes, I ended up leaving to another location and was late to work because of their unprofessionalism, do not come here!!

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at an auto store. Called to make sure they had the part I needed. I showed up and the assistant manager “Greg” belittled me with his answers to my questions. He also got off a phone call before assisting me and was swearing under his breathe. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Do not recommend!

NAPA in Euless is terrible. As soon as you walk in, two lazy people at the front counter on their phones sitting on a stool. You can tell they don't even want to be there and for sure they don't want to help anyone. Attitude sucked. I hate going in to this location but sometimes they are the only ones with the part you need. They need to get different help up front of put a phone policy to were they should not be on their phones at front counter.

Would not recommend them. My car was having starting issues. I'm by no means a car savvy person but I am going to try DIY if I can rather than be nickel and dimed by a mechanic. Went to NAPA for help, as it was closest to where I work and needed to get it fixed on my break, and asked for assistance in diagnosing my car's issue. Specifically if it was a bad battery. The employee up front very rudely suggested that I should just take it to an auto shop and have them diagnose it. Really? All I needed was him to check the battery voltage/vitals with their equipment. No mechanic would be open after 5 PM. I immediately go over to Autozone, even though it was a bit further away, and they helped me no problem. Even helped me replace the battery, as that was the issue after all. This NAPA employee did not want to help, and thus lost business. Just sayin.

Love Napa! Lots of OEM stuff. Business Hours not all that accommodating for the Working Man however.
