“I have had multiple great encounters with this business over the years. I took mine and my husbands wedding rings to be polished before our wedding, I went back after we got married to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together. Today, I just picked up a string of pearls they restrung for me. They quoted me one price and found a cheaper way to restring them for me by the time I returned. Each encounter has been professional, fair priced and exactly what I came for. I have family members who have had great experiences here as well. Don’t let any other reviews deter you from choosing this place. I absolutely recommend it to everyone.”

“First pawn shop to explain in detail why pawn shops don't do printers.
10/10 would recommend this pawn shop
They have to hook it up to make sure the printer works properly and most people who sell printers don't refill the ink cartridges to be able to test it out. For those who took good care of their printers, it's unfortunate, but it's nice to exactly how pawn shops and customers could get scammed out of a purchase for those who pawn printers that don't work instead of having to call around to every pawn shop just to be told "We don't take printers" with no other explanation as to why.

“I wrote to share my not so positive experience concerning this location on yesterday. I am writing to inform everyone that not even twenty four hours had passed before hearing from corporate. The executive over this location and others has restored my faith in the Cash America Pawn brand.
We talked and I felt heard , validated, and valued as a customer of theirs for over thirty years. My money was returned to me in full. I was told that customer service was being provided as the employees are very new at their roles and that she was happy to help me find the right solution!
