Excellent service for my elderly rescue dog, he hates having nails clipped and has become somewhat bitey over the attempt to trim. The wonderful ladies in the grooming area did a fantastic job with him and clipping his nails, I think he actually might've enjoyed it some as well. This is a very well trained set of groom staff and I highly recommend them for your pet grooming and all other care needs, including a good selection of pet toys for not too much money!💯💞

Normally the people here are somewhat helpful but when I went to get crickets the girl that helped me made me feel like I was a total pain in her butt. She was rude,snide and made a lot of sighs. She gave me crickets in a bag that didn't have any air in it when I asked her to fix it, because needed them to live long enough to feed them to my dragons, she let me know just how much that really bothered her and then she didn't even put the band on good enough to keep it in. I finally ended up just doing it myself. 1/2 or the worms I got where dead. It wasn't a good experience at all. I've been there prior and I didn't have a problem. Customer service is a thing of the past.

I took my Aunt and her dog China to get groomed. They were awesome! There was several other people there with their pets. No issues and China got a great haircut. Thanks for everything PetSmart!

I would probably say check other PetSmart before this one, if you were looking for dog food. Specifically the dry dog food, they only order dog food whenever the shelf is empty. Every single time I go, each week, they get in a new shipment, people buy in bulk. And they don't consider that they should be ordering any additional food. You should be ordering frequently enough. And enough quantity that most of your dry dog food shelf should not be empty. This is a matter of the manager ordering and not a representation of the store.
They have enough food of one type, however when animals are allergic to that food you cannot buy it for them. So they put things like chicken and rice in front of the chicken and barley, when the chicken and barley is $20 less ( my dogs preference, she is sensitive) making you think that you're getting chicken and barley but it's really chicken and rice.
Please take your job seriously.

Wish I could give a zero. We bought a 2nd bearded dragon who was likely sick when purchased. We didn’t make it back in within 14 days of purchase so they won’t do anything to help. The bearded dragon started showing signs at day 16. 14 days is an extreme lack of faith in their animal care. Petco gives you 30 days, I’ll take my business there. I used to go here for lots of stuff including the hotel. Not anymore.

My husband placed an order for the only dog food my senior dog will eat, because it was out at the PetSmart near us. I drove half an hour out of my way after he got confirmation that the order was ready. Then I waited for ANOTHER half an hour while they were “getting the order together” (seriously, it’s just a bag of dog food). After that, I just told the clerk I was going to grab it, only to see that they do not have the food. So two managers came to the front asking for the order number, and I gave it to them while talking to my husband on the phone. They said, “We cancelled that order an hour ago.” I asked him, and he said, “No, I never gorta cancellatio- wait, it just NOW came through.” I have got to assume one manager cancelled the order as I was speaking to the other manager. Both women were extremely rude and unapologetic. Don’t go here if you actually love your pets.

Went above and beyond to help our kitty! We arrived right as they were locking the door to close up tonight. The kind manager let us in so we could buy a bag of kitten food. Our kitty has been sick, but after a visit to the vet today he was feeling better and had a huge appetite just when we were low on food. We cannot thank you enough for helping us out tonight. We and the kitten are do grateful! And of course, we received the same great customer service, reasonable prices, clean store, and easy shopping experience as we always do. There's lots of reasons we shop here, and tonight's extra help was no surprise. Thank you!

Took my pup, lucy, to get some shoes/ boots for the winter season coming up tonight. Purchased some PawZ rubber boots, so far she enjoys them but I'm not sure about snow/ ice. And we also got a Kong harness, lucy wasn't too keen on it at first.
The lady convinced me to sign up for the rewards, good job for that.

I’ve been a loyal PetSmart customer for 7 years, but my recent experience has completely changed my perception of the company. I brought my pet in for a grooming appointment on December 27, 2024, and was shocked when I was told that they would not provide grooming services for my dog. When I asked for clarification, Austyn, who was handling the situation, was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Austyn’s attitude was dismissive and disrespectful — I was met with nothing but coldness and impatience. Rather than trying to understand my concerns or offering an explanation, he was curt and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I’ve never been treated this poorly in all the years I’ve been coming to PetSmart.
What’s worse, despite filing a formal complaint, I’ve received no follow-up or apology, which only adds to my frustration. The lack of customer care, coupled with Austyn’s rude behavior, has left me seriously reconsidering whether I will continue to support PetSmart. It’s unfortunate, because I’ve had great experiences with this company in the past, but after this, I’m thoroughly disappointed.
I do not recommend this location, especially if you value good customer service and professionalism.
