The manager was very flexible with my purchase. He said if the sonic bark control doesn't work I could return it. So I did and no question ask he honored his words.

The store and the brand can be good but it's the employees that make the difference. In the case of the PetSmart store in Euless, it is Jason who makes it worth to be a customer there. Outstanding customer focus!

Very good, though they should have more Associates on the floor to help customers out! Otherwise it's a Nice store for everything your pets need.
