disgusting service. bought a "brand" new phone from there only for it to have a lot of scratches on it. called them next day and told them. when i called verizon they said they are authorized to give me a new phone. Went in today and no. The man was extremely rude and ugly towards my mother. The way he was talking to her was horrible. Beyond the worst customer service ever. NEVER GO HERE. Just go to a real verizon store.

My experience went from really good to bad within a matter of hours. And I highly advise anyone else that experiences the type of service that I received to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. I was charged by a Verizon Representative - Delontae, for service that I ultimately never received. I spent countless hours at the Euless, TX location only to be asked to travel to their Grapevine, TX location to have a manager try and rectify an activation issue that occurred at the store in Euless, TX.Granted, the manager Nic was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I am BEYOND upset because essentially, I was charged for service that I CANNOT use. Verizon's customer service and tech support weren't helpful and are IMPOSSIBLE to reach outside of being in the presence of a Verizon Wireless Representative. I feel SCAMMED, taken advantage of, and hoodwinked by Verizon Wireless.I would NOT recommend this company due to their faulty practices. I want MY MONEY back for service I can't use and the time that I wasted on a problem that was never resolved.

Mr Vincent J is the bomb! It was Sunday at 520 pm so closed to time to go home but he so patiently did everything he could to untangle the mess that the e-SIM card and the Travel Pass created on my trip when I went overseas to visit wheelchair bound dad. Between all the medical appointments, I literally trekked my way to the huge Verizon Singapore tower only to be told it was not authorized to help retail customers like myself even though I am traveling on business, had a business plan, signed up for the daily Travel Pass. The tech came out after explaining my dilemma and my broken foot to give me some options, but no luck. Even numerous international calls on my dime in the middle of the night, trekking 1 km to 24 coffee shops because Verizon needed a strong WiFi to activate the e-SIM, everything was a bust. Vincent took the time to troubleshoot, called tech support and got on hold, finally solved my issue with a new SIM card, working well pass his closing time. No complaints, no drama, empathetic and thorough. That, is a true American worker we need to reward.

Usually I go to a different Verizon store but today they didn't have the charger I needed for my phone so I went to the other Verizon store on 121 in Euless, Tx. When they weren't open at 10 as it said on the door I figured it lived up to the reputation of being disappointing. I was WRONG! When I returned to the store 20 minutes later the young man told me why opening was late and promptly listened to my need for the right charger and went to the back and got it. The charger was better than the one that came with the phone in that the cord was longer. The salesman's name is Nikolas Saldana (he goes by Nik) and I would go back again if I need future help.

GREAT Customer ServiceI cannot say enough GREAT things about Hunter but I will try. She is one of the most helpful people I have ever met. She is VERY personable and genuinely nice. I have been going to this location for years (prior to Hunter) and will not ever go back to a corporate store who just try to sell, sell, sell. We had an old phone that broke and had to get a replacement. I cannot tell you how much she helped up and I am a customer for life. Whoever said before that you pay more here, it's 100% not true. They treated me like the loyal customer that I am and am grateful beyond belief. Nick did not help me but I could see the team values that those 2 possess and you will not regret visiting this location. Thank you both!!! I love posting positivity when it is so deserved!

So this isn't an actual Verizon store. BE PREPERED to pay double what you would at an actual Verizon store. They charged me a \"set up fee\" and when I asked it was the activation fees, they said yes. So, I get my bill this month its $138 for one line? why? When I call Verizon (not the fake store) they proceed to tell me the store I got my phone at IS NOT A REAL Verizon STORE. They gouged be for over $200 to get a SINGLE LINE. This does not include the standard phone bill for this month. Slimly business for sure.

Ron did a wonderful job. Updated my old phone and assisted in getting it up and running with all my contacts and apps. I ordered another phone for my wife so she can update hers today.
