“My wife and I drove to Euless yesterday in my work truck from about 30 miles away and had a flat about a mile away from our location. I was able to get enough air in it to get to my mother in laws house and it went flat again immediately. I retrieved the spare under the truck and it was flat too. Now I'm in a real fix. I googled nearby tire service locations and Texas Tires was nearby and I went there. The young man that waited on me was absolutely the best. He retrieved the big truck tire out of my MIL's car trunk and had it repaired in about 5 minutes and put it back in the trunk. Unbelieveable. What a great company!!”

“So the tell tell sign that these guys actually know what they were doing is that they filled my track tires to 34 psi, all of them. Most shops fill my tires to like 50psi after mounting and I gotta spend like 10 min each tire deflating.
We had some fitment issues with the spacers I had and the bore of the wheels, they remedied that next day and didn’t just slam them together as a “good enough” job.
I hope to bring them more business, these dudes deserve success.”
“I submitted an online quote request at 7:45am and they responded at 8:26am. The price was fair and commented they would only repair the bad part if that is all that was required. I dropped off my truck at 9:15am, they texted with an updated diagnostic at 9:41am, and the vehicle was ready by 10:15am. There was minor problem on pickup that they fixed while i waited for no additional charge.”

“The first time I came here was for tires and the service was excellent. They even noticed my wheel was bent and went out their way to show me the problem. Unfortunately I hit a road hazard a few weeks later, and even though I didn’t buy the warranty the man knew the situation and helped me fix the tire. “This is an absolute great place! I had blown out a tire and had a donut on it. I pulled up there. Having never been there before! They treated me like an old friend. I was only going to get 1 tire, but when the young man explained when pros and cons to me. I ended up getting 2 and then I don’t have to worry about it any more. From the time I paid for my tires and wipers it was all of about 25 minutes. They are quality, fast, service is impeccable. It’s nice not to have to sit around all afternoon waiting on my car! “If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I have been unable to install one of my tires rim caps and I came here and they told me EXACTLY what to do and how to ask for them at the store. So I went and came back that same day and they helped me install it. For some reason, the screws weren’t fitting (not their fault) but they did NOT give up and send me away, they kept trying their hardest and I left with my cap on. I will definitely come see them again. He was so nice!!!! Muchas gracias!!! ?”

“i just want to say that ruben and thomas mainly ruben were FANTASTIC . i was very frustrated because my tire was completly flat on the rear. well ruben despite my attitude and frustation tried to explain that he wasnt going to be able to patch it and that the best was to get a used or new tire. despite my attitude they proceeded to help me because i was an hour away from home. ruben and thomas both deserve a raise or promotion because they are very polite and respectful and can work and maintain professionalism despite being under pressure.”

“I purely fan of Discount tire for free rotations and balance. I drive a lot and need it every few months. I got my first set of tires at this location few years ago and was very happy. Today stopped here to rebalance my new tires as felt slight vibration. Customer service in here is excellent! No mansplaining just pure professionalism. I feel like they care about their customers!

“For my needs, a used tire to replace a 225/60/18 they were great. For $50 and tax they replaced a totally shredded tire with a Continental Pro Contact with virtually no wear. I am more than happy and they were nice guys too.”
“Went into good thing front end alignment and I was completely in struct that they use a computerized system to balance all four tires. I’ve never seen that before. Guy didn’t phenomenal job. I’m going to be returning there for lots of other projects that my car needs help with.
