They’ve been spot on every time I’ve been in there. They’re always friendly, informative, and happy to help customers compare different options for their vehicles.A hidden pothole did a number on two of my wheels. At my last tire rotation, they pointed out that they had very slight bends on the inside that would probably get worse over time. I found a good replacement set(all 4) and brought them in today. Alex and Dylan helped me out. They checked the replacements for any issues, got all four of my tires swapped over to the new wheels, balanced them, and put together a full sized spare for me. I still had my keys back in under an hour!”

After consulting with Tim he convinced me to ditch the chrome and powder coat the rims black. I was not disappointed! Completely changed the look of my car! “I would like to give a HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to Assistant Manager, Rocky James! He was a God-send to me a couple of weeks ago! I had a flat tire, had just dropped my Son-in-Law off at work and was looking for a Quick Trip to air my tire up, but, instead, I literally ended up getting no further than this Discount Tire. I went in explained my situation to Rocky, told him I only had about $40 on me, and he made a miracle happen; he said that he could help me!! I couldn't believe it! He told me it would probably be close to a two hour wait because they were very busy and I told him that was fine. The next thing I know, I'm being told that my car was almost ready?!! I think it took them around 30 minutes (give or take) and it was ready! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! “I give Marcus 5 stars because he understood that my car being older but in great shape, and wanting to eliminate steel wheels, he made great suggestions and really cared about I wanted. This was my switch back to Discount Tire from Costco, as Costco takes too long, makes me wait to long to rotate and balance, and flat repairs not always done correctly. Having moving back to Kansas City and South Florida, Discount Tire was not available in those areas at that time! (THEY ARE NOW!!) While time was important, the tires I wanted were not in stock, I settled for others which I am sure are good and without spending a fortune, or comprising too much, for a car which might not be kept long. Time will tell on the Arizonian tires which Marcus said are now made by Goodyear, and not Cooper. The alloy wheels look great, and similar to the originals, so no more hassles with steel wheels and plastic hubcaps! The service was much faster than expected. I was surprised that Discount Tire no longer puts lithium grease on the studs as they once did, nor put in nitrogen. The guys doing the work were very fast, and I have to assume that all was done properly. We saved the best wheel, so I now have a full size spare instead of a donut, but I spent a lot of time making everything fit just right in the trunk! It would not have been completely fair if I expected everything to be put back just right in the trunk! I hope that this is the start of a loyal customer again! (Back from 1986 to 1992 I was an independent contract courier, doing 60,000 local miles per year and purchased a new set from Discount every year!) This particular store has slightly lower reviews than others, and did not quite seem quite as top notch as others, so please be careful to always be the best! Thank you!”

“I’ve been dealing with this place for over 3 years!! ?They always do alignment on my cars besides their prices being relatively cheap to the market, they take care of your car and even sometimes when your alignment isn’t a 100% they’re willing to redo it for you.
