“Went to get tire last week. Dropped off my wheel and paid $65.00. I had to get to work. So I paid and left without seeing what used tire they chose for me. Came back during my lunch. As busy as this place is. Lady behind counter reconized me. Before I spoke. She headed to get my tire. This tire is brand new. Still had the ruber spikes on it. I just expected a used tire to get me by for a month. They would still get my business, if thaats what i got. But fast and friendly service. Great tire. Excellent customer service. The lady was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I will be back for three more this coming week”

I went in for a flat repair and they were honest about not being able to fix it because a screw was angled into the side id the tire making it unrepairable. They offered new options as well as directed me where to purchase a new tire. I will definitely come back if I meed their services since they are close by, plus one of the rims caught my eye for my SUV!”

I used a 25% off coupon from my Kroger register receipt (saved $10.75), they promptly did a state inspection on my Jeep Patriot 4x4 and an oil change with the correct manufacturer's recommended oil viscosity (they knew it, passed that test).??? They offered me multiple choices on the grade/brand of oil for my oil change (nice).? They road-tested my vehicle, completed all my vehicle services, and had me rung up at the register in about 10 minutes flat.? Plus, I had great conversation with the team lead/shift lead or Manager. Everyone one worked as a team efficiently to make this happen. ? My state inspection paperwork was on my dashboard and they parked my vehicle next to the front door just as I was exiting.? This place is excellent for working professionals who need prompt service so they can get to work on time, back from their lunch break on time or home to dinner on time.? No oil leaks on engine or my garage floor either so everything was sealed up nice and tight.? They took down my email and added me to the preferred customer list, so I could receive monthly special coupon offers for various vehicle services. I received my first email with coupons this morning. Nice! ? I noticed they had comfy seats in waiting room, a small refrig for bottled water (empty, but I was in very early at 8 am) and coffee going for guests. I was pleasantly surprised. There was no hard up-sell on things I didn't need. A welcome relief from other place's hard sell. They also informed me my oil was too dark indicating I was overdue for an oil change (hint, hint, hint).? I have a window sticker to remind me now. ? My total for both services and very prompt service was very reasonable $59. Well worth it. THANK YOU VERY MUCH GUYS!”
