I had checked with a handful of places. I was quoted anywhere from $560-$720 from both automotive chains and independents. Signature quoted me $492. They had 4.8 stars with Google, so I thought I'd give them a try.
First off, Liz, who works the front desk and gave me the quote, was very helpful. She called me every day they were open to keep me updated. They had the car for 5 days, but the delay wasn't on them. They were to receive the part from Kia, but Kia had to order the part and they were delayed getting it. Once Signature had the part in hand, they finished it by 2 that afternoon. We picked the car up today and everything looks great.

“My wife and I drove to Euless yesterday in my work truck from about 30 miles away and had a flat about a mile away from our location. I was able to get enough air in it to get to my mother in laws house and it went flat again immediately. I retrieved the spare under the truck and it was flat too. Now I'm in a real fix. I googled nearby tire service locations and Texas Tires was nearby and I went there. The young man that waited on me was absolutely the best. He retrieved the big truck tire out of my MIL's car trunk and had it repaired in about 5 minutes and put it back in the trunk. Unbelieveable. What a great company!!”

Steve quoted a very fair and reasonable price to take care of some work on my SUV. Scheduling was easy through email, and the job was completed in about two hours while I waited in a separate area with Wi-Fi.
Most dealerships can’t even do an oil change service in under two hours, yet Steve and his team replaced control arms and completed an alignment in less time. I really appreciate their no nonsense, straightforward approach to business.”
