“I was looking at the app which said they had 20 in stock of a particular item i was looking for. However, after looking every isle over 30 minutes i gave up and when i asked at the register, they said we havent sold that in years. Ridiculous that corporate cant fix the app. They would have gotten 5 stars even though the app was incorrect but when i asked for help, the girl told me its either here or behind the counter. Well i had loked in the here spot for over 6 minutes and instead of double checking, she went back to stocking shelves. When i was looking behind the counter, that employee never even offered to help.
I will say though that this is the most organized Dollar General I’ve ever been to or seen, but then that could be from the employees worried about stocking the shelves instead of helping the customers that come in looking for things they can’t find.”
“Lina is a treasure! I always enjoy her happy-go-lucky personality every time I go into the store, always positive. Lina is the fastest scanner I have ever seen.
Overall the store is in good shape and stocked. Give Lina a raise or at least a special recognition for caring about her job and customers.
I am a customer, not any relationship to Lina. After 35 yrs in store retail I can recognize a exemplary employee.”
“Always very friendly and helpful. He remembers what you say and then asks about it when you come back in. If you tell him making a birdhouse with the craft sticks you buy he will ask how the burdhouse came out etc. He says he tries to stock the odds and ends others do not. Inexpensive paint supplies and hardware (screws, nails, etc) He also carried flashlight bulbs for older flash lights. Go check it out. I am sure he has SOMETHING you need.”
“The manager there and her crew are soo sweet and nice!! I love shopping there. They don’t mind helping people out when needed and they have some good sale deals than family dollar!!”
“This Dollar General is stocked very well. And they have the prettiest things ive seen at DG in a long time. The colors of the merchandise from rugs, to insulated cups to pumpkins (yard art) to Christmas decor in pinks, creams & plummy reds ! Gorgeous Stuff”
