Dollar General is a popular retail store that offers a wide range of products at affordable prices. While the organization of the store could be improved, the employees are generally prompt, helpful, and kind, providing excellent customer service. To the gentleman working 2/28 at 8pm, best customer service and super sweet. He didn’t have to purchase an item for the customer but did anyways because her card declined.
