“My service was excellent as always Janna is awesome she always takes such good care of me. My issue is with policy, not customer service. I think charging someone $ 178.00 to look at EACH issue is totally wrong. I had 3 or 4 issues I couldn’t afford to have them all checked out. Because of that I will probably start going to a mechanic shop for my repairs now. I realize you have to pay a person to look but you don’t pay him that much! A $ 178.00 for each is a little much.”

Not just one tech while others watch like other places. There was one car in each bay in front of me and was still out in under 15 min.”

“My daughter and I were in a fender bender and searched for a good and honest place to take her vehicle to. A good friend Matt Wheatley told us about is cousin Todd and did not hesitate and called. Todd is very polite and is patient in letting you know what will be done to your vehicle. We dropped the Camry off to Todd on a Monday and within 2 weeks the vehicle was done and it looked amazing. If you need work done, please go by and see them. We don't mind spending that extra mileage to be treated as we were at Superior.”

“I visited this establishment yesterday when my van overheated and I discovered a hole in my heater hose. Mr. Bill is such a nice, hardworking gentleman. He's the type of person that this country was built on. He had his walker and was still working! I told him about my van- that it was used to take my dad back and forth to Dr appts. He has stage 4 colon cancer. I was scheduled to pick my dad up from Houston the following morning. Mr. Bill had my vehicle ready to go within an hour. A very upstanding gentleman.”

I was bringing my Jetta here before my husband bought me a new car (honestly, the only reason I don't bring the Seltos is because I don't want to give Kia any excuse to deny a warranty repair. So, to the dealership as long as there's a warranty on it!) and took over Reba for a work car. Recently my husband decided to use an alligator as a speed bump which resulted in a cracked oil pan. The staff where all so friendly and accommodating! They got the parts and got Reba (the Jetta) fixed up as quickly as they could. This is the only place my husband goes for his oil changes and I recommend this location to everyone I know!”

“It is ALWAYS a PLEASURE to deal with Silsbee Nissan personnel, which DEFINITELY was NOT the case when we were TRYING to deal with Patterson’s Nissan of Longview, TX, when we were TRYING to get satisfaction with the Nissan Rogue we purchased FROM Patterson Nissan! They MADE SURE we COULD NOT have a Lemon Law Case, and we ended up TRADING IN at Silsbee Nissan for a Murano WITHIN a FEW MONTHS, because riding in it was HAZARDOUS to our HEALTH!! We NOW are paying an “upside down note”, but Silsbee Nissan has treated us MUCH BETTER! It is a PLEASURE to take our Murano for service to Silsbee Nissan, DESPITE the FACT that we drive almost THREE HOURS from NE Texas to get there!! Silsbee Nissan ALWAYS treats us with MUCH RESPECT & DIGNITY!”
