“I've lived in silsbee for about 20 years and I can say they have delivered my mail to the wrong house maybe 2 or 3 times in those 20 years. Most of the time my packages come a day early. I have a few arriving late right now but that's because of the massive flooding going on right now but overall there pretty good on my part.”

“I haven't had any problem with this location yet. I usually swing by here to drop off packages to ship out. My only issue, which is with every location, is the time they open and close. I work for a living, and all the post offices are never open to ship packages when i get off work. Other than that, they are very nice and easy to work with when i do get the chance to ship my items with them.”

“I love my post office ! The delivery carriers are like family! During one of the storms, I was in Tennessee! The sheriff department wouldn’t give us any information on how or if our house was still there! I wrote my carrier and she not only texted me back with the phone number I sent her, but let me know that my kitties were okay, and put food out for them! I know you’re probably going to say “Why didn’t you take them with you “? We tried to get them before the storm got here, but they had already been AOL for several days! She would not take any money for the food either! God bless you all Buna postal workers! Thank you so much for caring!”
