“T&T Brake Service is wonderful. Joe, who is the owner and head mechanic is great! He is extremely knowledgeable with diagnosing vehicle issues. He is a kind hearted and honest mechanic, which the world needs more of. I like that they never try to upsell me with things that I don’t actually need.
My family and I have been using them for several years. I get my oil changed there every few months and they always do a great job.

They managed everything. Their team met me at the rental company in a town 40 miles away and returned my car dent free and fully detailed. My trunk was even vacuumed out and interior cleaned. “I initially got tires from them which were in very great condition for used tires because you can come across some bad used tire shops but not this one. After getting good tires I now needed repairs and I must say they did not disappoint, they were fast,great communication, and very informative on other issues that they observed that needed fixing. I have been coming here for years, but they most recently took on a huge job for my mini Cooper and have worked with me from the beginning and have done nothing but provide excellent customer service understanding and information. They are the most patient and outstanding people I have ever met. If you take your car anywhere you are making a mistake. “Very good service by very good people. With regard to the negative reviews, I tell people that they are responsible for their own car.
The mechanic is not a magician. If you use cheap gas for your car all the time, the car will suffer. Take care of the car and it will take care of you. Keep a record of maintenance, how old the battery is, etc. Simple way to do this is to create an electronic folder under your Yahoo or Gmail acct and send yourself emails on the car noting date and mileage. Do this and your car will live! :)”

“Great experience here. I unfortunately had quite an expensive fix needed in my brake system, but they explained it all well, were straight forward with me, and saved me a bit of money. I think they also changed my busted wiper blades which I was pleasantly surprised by.”
“I had a hole in my exhaust pipe. Called them on the phone and they quoted me a fantastic patch price. But I showed up with my exhaust patched because my car wouldn't get up and go without it. They ended up needing to remove a section and weld a new pipe on. They did fantastic work and for a fantastic price. So I left a tip. I will call this place for any work I need done in the future. Y'all rock!”

“James is the "old school" mechanic that repairs your car as if it were his own. He is honest (almost to a fault) and has resolved issues I thought were unrepairable. I inherited a 2002 Lexus 430 with low miles and runs great. The A/C went out and by the time James received it, the compressor had seized and metal filings throughout the system. He discussed available options, followed by what he would suggest. More importantly, why he is suggesting! It worked without replacing the evaporator saving $800. He has worked on my past Acura's and Toyotas for over 15 years. I only call James and ask if he can repair the problem on whatever car I have and get an honest answer. If he can't, he suggests alternatives that have been just as high in quality. He's worth the wait if he's busy.”
