They managed everything. Their team met me at the rental company in a town 40 miles away and returned my car dent free and fully detailed. My trunk was even vacuumed out and interior cleaned. “I initially got tires from them which were in very great condition for used tires because you can come across some bad used tire shops but not this one. After getting good tires I now needed repairs and I must say they did not disappoint, they were fast,great communication, and very informative on other issues that they observed that needed fixing. There price l know can't be beat for their quality and speed of service. They most definitely have gained another lifetime customer even if I move from the area itll be worth the drive or tow back. “Went in for a tire rotation and they were straight up with me that my tires were in an optional position and did not need rotation. Appreciate the honesty in a tire shop! Got my tires aired up and I was out in a few minutes!”
“I recently bought a 1995 Chevy van that has been sitting for many years. I took it in for them to look over, I'm planning to road trip with it. The van had sat for years unused. They identified many issues, mostly dried and cracking rubber parts and I had them replace many things that were 30 yrs old. It took about 3 weeks to complete the job because many of the parts are not commonly available. They kept me updated as they searched for new parts. I don't remember what it was but one thing had to be sent from Georgia, another, a a/c hose had to be made locally. The mechanic, I think his name was Shawn, walked me thru all the work that had been completed so far, which was a lot and it looked great! It was all within my budget and their ability to find parts from all over the US leaves me impressed. I was expecting much more time needed or I would have to take it to more than one shop to get the restoration work I wanted done. So to anyone looking to restore an old vehicle, I highly recommend Jewel. Obviously, if they can do all I wanted and needed, finding new parts that are not found easily anymore, than any more modern vehicle would easy to repair. Thanks everyone at Jewel, can't wait to hit the road.”

“If I could give them more stars I would, they went way above and beyond what I expected. I have a 2013 Audi S6 that had a transmission failure, They sourced a reman unit and found a good used 1. They contacted my warranty company , They warranty company took a week to get their inspector out to look at it, another week to get the work approved. By then the good used transmission was gone. So Trent and his team located another on, but determined it was not worth installing . Well it turns out I have a odd ball transmission , which became nearly impossible to locate another 1. For over a month they kept trying to find another 1 with no luck. The whole time Trent and his team kept me in the loop as to what is going on. I finally made the call to just get the reman unit from Audi. I picked up the car and was very impressed , as always Trent and his staff were very respectful explained any questions that I had. I get to the car it was very well cleaned no finger prints or marks that should not be there.
I am very picky when it comes to other people working on my cars and Trent and his team are by far the best that I have ever dealt with. If you have a Audi or any other brand of car they work on I would highly recommend Lone Star Bavarian long before I would recommend taking it to the dealer.”
