“I initially got tires from them which were in very great condition for used tires because you can come across some bad used tire shops but not this one. After getting good tires I now needed repairs and I must say they did not disappoint, they were fast,great communication, and very informative on other issues that they observed that needed fixing. “Woke up to having my tires slashed and needed assistance with new ones asap! Called several places including Discount Tires where I previously purchased my current tires and they all were asking for a price I simply could not afford and they were not sympathetic to my situation. Then I called Mavis and spoke to a gentleman named Hunter and he listened to my situation and was very kind and understanding and was able to quickly assist me and gave me several options on new tires that fit my budget. Hunter was very helpful, mindful and most of all, caring. The young lady that replaced my tires, Liberty, was very quick and great at her job and was able to get me back on the road within a very short time.
