“Oh my gosh, words cannot truly express the experience I had when purchasing my vehicle with Erica in the used car division. She was not a pushy salesperson. She listened to what I wanted and came through from beginning to end. You can truly tell She loves what she's doing for the customer and not just there to make a sale and move on to the next. I wish all salespersons were like her. If your looking for a vehicle I highly recommend Erica. Thank you Erica for being authentically you. Santiago Works in the service dept. He was very friendly awesome when I brought my vehicle in for its oil change.”

“Rick at 360 Automotive Repair is the real deal. He doesn't just fix your car and send you on your way he actually takes the time to explain what's going on, makes sure you understand your options, and genuinely cares about getting it right. What sets him apart is his experience and his network. When he ran into something outside his scope, he didn't just shrug he personally connected me with the right person to handle it. That kind of integrity is rare. Highly recommend supporting this small business!”

“The vehicle we wanted was at Mazda Burleson and it was 30 minutes from the house. Last day of March specials so we got off work and headed down. Jenica and Ashlyn made us feel welcomed and we got to drive a couple to make sure we were on the right CX-50. The transaction process was easy, got to meet the Sales Manager McCain, and AugustinO in finance was very helpful. Ended up with the 2026 CX-50 Turbo, Ingot Blue on White! We’ll definitely be back!!”

“I initially got tires from them which were in very great condition for used tires because you can come across some bad used tire shops but not this one. After getting good tires I now needed repairs and I must say they did not disappoint, they were fast, great communication, and very informative on other issues that they observed that needed fixing. There price l know can't be beat for their quality and speed of service. They most definitely have gained another lifetime customer even if I move from the area itll be worth the drive or tow back. Thanks again Moe and the awesome mechanic for your great service?”

He went above and beyond by letting me use one of his own vehicles while my car was being repaired, at no extra cost. “I had such a great experience with Park Place Motorcars Fort Worth, especially working with Robert! I purchased my Mercedes from out of state, so there were a lot of questions and details throughout the process, but Robert was incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful from beginning to end. He was always super nice, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made the whole buying process feel easy and comfortable even though I wasn’t there in person. The car arrived exactly as I expected and it is absolutely beautiful — I’m so happy with it! Robert also went above and beyond to make the experience special, and I really appreciated how warm and thoughtful he was throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend asking for Robert if you’re looking for a car here. Thank you again for everything!”

“They are very honest and do wonderful work. This is the only place my mom goes to and I have started using them as well. I won’t go anywhere else. They are pricy but I’d rather pay more for an excellent job than keep paying someone over and over for a bad job. I appreciate that they call back in a timely manner. I will recommend them to anyone needing auto repair!!”

“Woke up to having my tires slashed and needed assistance with new ones asap! Called several places including Discount Tires where I previously purchased my current tires and they all were asking for a price I simply could not afford and they were not sympathetic to my situation. Then I called Mavis and spoke to a gentleman named Hunter and he listened to my situation and was very kind and understanding and was able to quickly assist me and gave me several options on new tires that fit my budget. Hunter was very helpful, mindful and most of all, caring. The young lady that replaced my tires, Liberty, was very quick and great at her job and was able to get me back on the road within a very short time. Given the unfortunate circumstances of my visit, this was a great experience from a customer stand point. Thank you, Hunter and Liberty for all your help.”
