Part of the beacon family.To the preson who gave a 1 star because they purchase material and waited 5 months for the roofer.This is a horrible roofer - not supplier. 5 months is old for shingles. Never should except returns that old. Your roofer waited 5 months. What roofer does that.. Sounds like you have a few guys calling them selves roofer. WE have 13 crews. WE install 13 homes daily. This is just residential side.Material is Always delivered the day the roof is replaced. Not a day sooner.At any point, someone should have looked at the shingles you purchased and have the supplier pick them up if wanting to exchange.The other location you provided, 10 miles away and is owned by the same company. Beacon.”

When I say they are hands on to make sure you are a satisfied customer is an understatement. Between come to our home delivering something that didn't get loaded on the truck personally phone calls emails and text messages to make sure everything was running smoothly of the installation of our new kitchen is more than five star rating!!!!! The quality of our cabinets you wouldn't even be able to tell that they were not custom build actually quality as well as the doors are excellent quality as well! “Employees are fast ! No parking at all around if you arrive early ! Opens at 7 am , not even min early ! Took about 45 min unload full truckload ! 2 miles down QT but only has 6/7 parking spots and it’s always full 24/7”
“Placed on order over the phone. Mr. Derrick was knowledgeable of the item and was able to locate one in Houston. Shipped to Dallas and picked it up a few days later. Upon meeting with Derrick, I found that he was professional and super nice to deal with. I am very pleased with him and Ram Tools.”
