“I recently visited the Car Spa at 1700 N. Shiloh Rd., Garland, TX. I was there to use a four dollar off exterior wash coupon which I was presented at a previous vehicle inspection. When I could not use the coupon , an attendant appeared and explained that the coupons were no longer accepted. My coupon has no expiration date.
I have been a customer of this location since it was opened and charged $5.00 for a car wash. This includes two vehicles with all inspections and washes.
I see no reason why, as a loyal long time patron, I should be denied the use of the coupon that has no expiration date and where no previous notification was given.”
