“We had a very good experience from the initial measuring, choosing the flooring and carpeting with Rholetta and then through the installation and completion process with Ely.
Both were very helpful, professional and made sure that we were receiving the best quality, service and that our expectations were met in every aspect of the process. Thank you so much!
We absolutely would refer your company to anyone who is thinking of remodeling.”
“Kyle and his team handled an extensive flooring renovation after a water leak in our home . His skilled team finished the demo that the insurance company’s ppl failed to complete , replaced the hardwood floors , sand , stain , and finish ( and our new stairs as well ). They tiled the facing of our stairs and laid our countertops , tumbled travertine backsplash in our kitchen and wet bar. They laid the stackstone on the back of our eat-up bar with great skill and precision . Kyle’s team also remodeled my daughter ‘s en suite bath . It is transitional , beautiful , and was completed in 2 weeks ! Kyle’s team shows up , has the materials and a full crew , and performs quality work ! COPELANDS even replaced the carpet in our closet under the stairs ( part of the water leak claim ). They worked very hard to locate the materials we wanted , and the work was performed when and as promised . I also believe the work we received was a great value as well as amazing quality . Thank you , Kyle ! You are such a great communicator with your client and your work crews ! You gave us a beautiful restoration after such a disastrous water leak crisis . We couldn’t have imagined it being better than before, but it most certainly is !”
“Sarkis is friendly, honest, and patient with those who are rug shopping or have questions about services. He has a wonderful selection of so many different styles of beautiful rugs in his store. I really enjoy shopping with him in Snider!”
“This is the third time we’ve used ProSource for our flooring needs, and as always it has been a great experience! Jackie, the sales associate that has helped us each time, always does a great job picking out exactly what we need!”
“I had a pretty specific budget and square footage in mind, and they made it all happen—carpet, padding (foam), wood treatment, and full labor—for under my budget for just materials!
They helped me choose the right materials for my needs and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The install team was kind, respectful, and got everything done beautifully. The floors look and feel incredible, and the value I got far exceeded my expectations.
If you’re looking for affordable, high-quality flooring with top-notch customer service in the Dallas area, don’t sleep on Affordable Carpet and Flooring. I’m so glad I found them!

“We just had laminate flooring installed in our dining room, living room and hall, and carpet replaced in three bedrooms. Mohamed was SO helpful all the way through: explained the differences in types of flooring; made recommendations based on our concerns (dog, foundation, color and size); then then helped fine-tune our choices at the house with our lighting and othe gloor surfaces. The two man crew were polite and FAST, and very careful moving the furniture. The installation is perfect.”
