“What a great experience. I came in at opening 10am on Tuesday 8/2/2023 with an emergency... I just flew into Dallas for a work trip, and needed a shirt ASAP that fits good, looks good, and that my wife doesn't hate. I also lost my belt... All I have to say is INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got a belt and an awesome shirt in no time flat, steam pressed it for me so I can put it on, and a recommendation on where to grab coffee nearby. I even made it to my meeting early. 5 stars”

“This is one of my wife's favorite 'secret' shopping spots to hit in Dallas. A shopper could spend hours, if not days, going thru every rack of clothing, and still probably miss something!The variety and size selection is outstanding and the merchandise does change frequently, so don't think you'll see the same items on your next visit if you decide to pass on something and think it will be there on your next visit.I always enjoy going with her because I love to admire all the outfits lining the perimeter of the store, adorned with the Sunday best hat, coordinated to match the suit or dress. Always reminds me of a parade of 'Church Mothers'! Just stunning.The staff is always pleasant and eager to help a shopper find the perfect piece of clothing.Just know, there are no restrooms for public use and no fitting rooms to try clothes on. I usually try and grab one of the empty chairs up front. If you are with your wife or significant other, and walking thru the aisles, you have been warned that you might come upon someone trying clothes on and they might not be fully covered ?.”

“Vu is super nice and friendly, but the place is a bit more expensive than other tailors I've been to, but I should have known by the area he is located. We got simple hemmed pant legs from him, and they cost $25 each, completed a week later. I had legs tapered in at a tailor in California for that same price. (Vu wanted to charge me $80 for pant leg tapering.) So he may be best for more expensive pieces where the higher charge makes sense, but for more simple tailoring, would recommend another place.”

“I ordered from the online Manyavar store in India and got my clothes shipped to the U.S. However, when I tried the clothes on, the clothes didn’t fit so I decided to visit this store hoping to get help for a refund or an exchange. Even though the online Manyavar and this physical Manyavar store are under the same name, they are owned by different people.Shankar, one of the people who helped me, was nice enough to allow me to exchange the clothes I bought online for another set of clothes that I liked at this location. He allowed me to try on different kurta sets so I can make sure that I can fit it. Shankar was very helpful and accommodating. I was very happy that I came to this store rather than trying to figure out the return online with the Manyavar store that I originally ordered from.”
