I was welcomed in by a kind worker at the front counter! I just want to say, everyone has grest style! There’s plenty of signs promoting the sale of the day which is super helpful! I want to start off by saying how impressed I am with the selection of clothing and shoes here! I had such an amazing time browsing and finding new accessories for myself, as well as a few shirts for my husband.
The Addison location could work on their customer service, but Richardson goes above and beyond for the shopper! I wish I remembered the cashier’s name, she was such a sweetheart. I will be returning to this location from now on😄😄”

On a day we went in solely for my husband, the sales associate (tall African American guy) recommended a pair of jeans to try on, and literally they’re my favorite pair of jeans I’ve ever put on.

“We visited the Fashionphile Dallas location today with the hopes of selling an older Louis Vuitton bag. They book appointments, but we didn’t realize that. They were able to accommodate us as walk-ins and within a few minutes had an offer.
