“Very busy place for a reason. They give each client the time they need and go the extra mile to check and file insurance. I had been trying to call and was not leaving a message because the answering service said they were at lunch or an another call so I did not leave a message and just kept trying. But if you need to talk to them, leave a message and they will call you back or even better if in the area during business hours, just walk in or have your doctor to fax RX and orders.”
