“Without a doubt, I have loved and trusted Dr. Jaffe and her team, Misty and Christy, with all my dogs for many years. They are a fun bunch yet they take each animal and their unique situation seriously. Dr. Jaffe welcomes questions and concerns as well as being taking her time with issues that are not so easy to diagnose. Receptionist Amber is amazing! Always give you a smile, welcoming, goes above and beyond. I'm so glad she's there and a wonderful asset to the Countryside team. They show sincere compassion at times of loss, and celebrate and love on the new additions to our family. They all have our respect. I drive an hour one way and the trust and peace of mind is so worth it. Looking forward to the completion of new building as well. :-)”

“My daughter took my pom-dot in to have her put to sleep. Everyone there was so nice and understanding except one lady, she looks to be in her 50's and had long blonde hair. She was rude. The Dr was very understanding of my dogs contrition and sympathetic to the situation. I would recommend him to anyone.I would also recommend no to talk to that lady unless you want her to beunsympathetic”

“I had the most incredible visit at Lancaster Vet today. Dr Shari Bohanan, Conner (going back to Tx A&M tomorrow) and Brandon were so reassuring when I brought my lab in for a needle biopsy for a tumor on her leg. They were efficient, professional, kind and reassuring. I got a call from Dr Bohanan a few hours later explaining our options. We will be loyal patrons to Lancaster Vet with our 3 additional dogs and 2 cats.
