“I can’t say enough good things about the owners. They have been so patient and the willingness to work with me during the absolute hardest time of my life. They have the cleanest storage units and the grounds are also extremely well kept. Also very secure with gate. Thank you so much for all you do!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
17066 FM 2493, Flint TX 75762
“Highly recommend this location for your uhaul needs. Had a slight mix up with the trailer I reserved not being available and I needed it that day. Rick went above and beyond and located another trailer not far away and even went out of his way to meet me there and get me going since that particular location was closed. Thanks Rick- Everything went smoothly on my trip.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
17441 US-69, Tyler TX 75703
“I live in Houston and rode my motorcycle to Gilmer TX to visit my parents grave site. As I was heading back to Tyler to get a room for the night, I noticed the pressure on my rear tire had dropped about 5 psi. After checking in, I checked out the tire and pulled out a small nail. Tried plugging it and was unsuccessful. Called 5 motorcycle shops and they said they wouldn't work on my bike. Next step was to find a U-Haul. One just South of my motel. Tried calling before business hours. Edgar called me back (without me leaving a message). Explained my situation and he was on it. Showed up and he already made arrangements with a sister store to get the 15' truck I needed. Edgar went beyond expectations to assure things went smoothly. Certainly, a bright spot for the day. Thank you U-Haul and especially Edgar.”

Penske Truck Rental
5030 Hwy 31 W, Tyler TX 75709
“I rented a Penske truck from this location but was told I had to drive an extra 10 miles to get my truck the day before. Okay, bad experience, I thought.. but day of move in, after picking up and driving the truck from the other location for 5 miles, I ran into an issue that required returning the truck. These guys worked tirelessly to find me another truck and never once blamed me for the issue in the first truck. Friendliest people I've ever rented from and that absolutely made up for having to drive further! I don't think I'd ever go back to Uhaul!”

U-Haul Storage at West Main Street
10370 & 10416 FM 346, Whitehouse TX 75791
“Pretty good location, if you live in Whitehouse. My unit was clean when I purchased and the process was fairly easy. Check in and out is easy through a keypad on site. I'm not a huge fan that the actual office is in Tyler, but I've not needed them yet. Really wish there was someone more local if there was an issue. However, I'd definitely recommend.”
