“I had gone to 3 other locations this morning where I had reserved a trailer online. I get there to pick up and all they have is a utility trailer with no ramp or dolly available. I get to Hitch World and he was not only accommodating in having the correct trailer, but he came out and hooked it up with chains for safety AND made sure the lights worked after attaching it to my vehicle. I didn't have to do a thing. He was wonderful. From now on, I will check with Hitchworld for all my uhaul reservations! Thank you for being a lifesaver and so kind! “Five stars just because it’s Budget and they’re by far the cheapest place to rent a truck. Now, this location, is a joke. Super rude, ready to get you out of the office, didn’t even have the “dolly” ready for us in the truck. It sucks it was the closet location for us. If you can go to another location, I HIGHLY suggest it.”
