Rick went above and beyond and located another trailer not far away and even went out of his way to meet me there and get me going since that particular location was closed. “I live in Houston and rode my motorcycle to Gilmer TX to visit my parents grave site. As I was heading back to Tyler to get a room for the night, I noticed the pressure on my rear tire had dropped about 5 psi. After checking in, I checked out the tire and pulled out a small nail. Tried plugging it and was unsuccessful. Called 5 motorcycle shops and they said they wouldn't work on my bike. Next step was to find a U-Haul. One just South of my motel. Tried calling before business hours. Edgar called me back (without me leaving a message). Explained my situation and he was on it. Showed up and he already made arrangements with a sister store to get the 15' truck I needed. Edgar went beyond expectations to assure things went smoothly. Certainly, a bright spot for the day. Thank you U-Haul and especially Edgar.”
“I rented a Penske truck from this location but was told I had to drive an extra 10 miles to get my truck the day before. Okay, bad experience, I thought.. but day of move in, after picking up and driving the truck from the other location for 5 miles, I ran into an issue that required returning the truck. These guys worked tirelessly to find me another truck and never once blamed me for the issue in the first truck. Friendliest people I've ever rented from and that absolutely made up for having to drive further! I don't think I'd ever go back to Uhaul!”

“Honestly best storage company in tyler. Love the customer service there employees consist of a mother son duo from what I could understand and honesty so glad to see it. They have amazing coustomer service and the happiest attitudes. All questions and concerns with services were answered and solved fast and efficiently and with the kindest most positive attitude. Could not recommend a place more! If you need a storage unit for a good price and or a good uhaul experience hit them up because you know u-haul can be a hassle but they will solve all your u-haul problems for you and get you on the road asap.”

“Pretty good location, if you live in Whitehouse. My unit was clean when I purchased and the process was fairly easy. Check in and out is easy through a keypad on site. I'm not a huge fan that the actual office is in Tyler, but I've not needed them yet. Really wish there was someone more local if there was an issue. However, I'd definitely recommend.”
