Animal Crossing Veterinary

Veterinarians
Hours: Animal Crossing Veterinary is a veterinary clinic that aims to provide professional and advanced veterinary care with compassion for every patient and client. The clinic is easy to locate, and while it can get busy, the wait times are generally acceptable. It is clean, and the prices are deemed reasonable by clients. The clinic even offers Care Credit for those who need a payment plan. The staff at Animal Crossing Veterinary are known for their kindness and helpfulness. They are praised for their work in removing sutures from ear cropping and posting, as well as providing excellent care for patients. Dr. Glover stands out for making clients feel at ease and showing genuine interest in their pets' health. However, there have been some concerns regarding their knowledge of ear cropping and vaccination requirements. Some clients have noted that the staff appeared unsure about the appropriate age for ear cropping and the need for ear posting until the puppy stops teething. Education and communication are areas where the clinic could improve. Some clients have felt that they were not given sufficient information about their pet's vaccination needs or other health concerns. There have also been instances where the staff did not use the correct pronouns for the pets, which may make some clients feel unimportant. Despite these areas for improvement, the clinic is commended for its affordable services and the care provided to patients. Clients have expressed gratitude for the patience and understanding shown by the staff, particularly during stressful situations. The atmosphere is friendly, and some clients have even noted the presence of a cute shop cat, adding to the welcoming feel of the clinic. In summary, Animal Crossing Veterinary is a veterinary clinic that offers professional and compassionate care for its patients. While there are areas for improvement in communication and education, the clinic is praised for its affordable services, cleanliness, and kind staff.
