“Sage at Celina is such a beautiful property! The location is perfectly close to downtown Celina which is only a quick drive away. Also very close to Prosper. The best part though….is the leasing office professionals! Lauren was a delight to speak to. She was very knowledgeable about the property and had such a great attitude and made me feel so welcome!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!”
“I can’t rave enough abt my experience! I was doing all the move things from out of state ??♀️ I even have someone else tour my unit. I wouldn’t leave unless I purchase land? Diana is a warm hug and a forehead kiss wrapped in hot chocolate with extra whipped cream. Pleasant, professional and productive. As a government employee of 20 yrs these recent uncertain times would have anyone on edge not me with at least my housing because they take care of me and understand.

“I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, who currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment. Their first year in the apartment ends this week, and they have renewed their lease. The management team provides great customer service and has been incredibly helpful since the beginning. The leasing agent, Miss Anna was more than willing to assist us with our application via email, over the phone, and in person which alleviated some of our concerns. One aspect that truly stood out was the sense of community. The management team organizes regular social events, including all age groups which we found to be a wonderful opportunity for tenants to meet their neighbors. The maintenance team is always professional and reliable. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly with courtesy and respect when entering the apartment for repairs. Overall, my parents’ experience has been positive, and they are grateful for the support they received throughout the process. They would recommend Olympus Town Center to anyone looking for a welcoming place to call home.”

“I had the best experience touring units with Mayra. The property is so clean, quiet, and has an at peace feeling. The gym was literally a gym with working machines and more. I cannot wait to become a part of the chapel hill community.
Update: I have moved in to my new place and it is perfect! Special shout out to Mayra for being so patient and kind! She provided the best support ever!! I have absolutely no complaints at all. I feel so at home. The move in process was so quick. Thank you again Mayra!! ♥”

From the first time I walked in to look at the apartments to the day I moved in, both Isaiah and Keesha have been very helpful! Both are very knowledgeable about the property and timely in getting back to me with answers they were unsure of, which weren’t many. Isaiah went above and beyond when I called regarding my internet connection. He was ready and willing to step in and help me get connected.
Since I’ve moved in, I’ve met several neighbors and other staff. All have been super friendly and supportive. The grounds are well kept and the property itself is quiet, which is nice.
I highly recommend Grapevine 2499!”

As a dog owner, it’s made life a lot easier too. There’s plenty of space to walk my dog, and the overall environment is very pet-friendly, which takes a lot of stress out of daily routines. It’s nice not having to overthink simple things like walks or outdoor time.
Overall, it just feels like a place where living day-to-day is smooth and low-stress, and that makes a big difference.”

Although I still have to pay for two different internet connections because I don't want to risk another outage and getting behind on my bills, addressing my concerns about the issues I have makes me feel I did a good job in picking a home for my child and me; a little courtesy goes a long way.
Thank you, Harlowe, for employing empathetic employees! The apartments are beautiful, the pool is gorgeous, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Maintenance responds quickly, and the apartments are well kept. I like it here.”

However since Brian started maybe a year ago that is no longer the case! He gets to us that very same day or the next day, keeps us updated on statuses and makes sure the job is done right! Millenium place is very lucky to have him on their team.”
“We moved here just a couple of days ago, and although we initially had an issue with the apartment we were assigned, the team did everything they could to find a solution for us. A special thank you to Dayana for being so kind, patient, and genuinely trying every possible way to help us. The apartment is in great condition and absolutely beautiful, even though it wasn’t exactly what we originally expected. So far, I honestly have nothing negative to say. “We’ve been living at The Sound for a couple of years now and honestly love the area. The lake and all the restaurants nearby make it such a fun place to be.
The staff is fantastic! Everyone in the office is super friendly and always quick to help. Mariah deserves a special shoutout. She’s awesome, always ready to jump in and help with anything, and is just genuinely such a delight!
Also, very dog-friendly community. Our little corgi has made it part of her daily routine to stop by the office to say hi!”

“I’ve probably been a pain to deal with a handful of times, but Chelsea and the office manager TJ at Cypress at Lewisville have been nothing but patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. One thing I really appreciate is that it’s always them — the same familiar faces who know me, know my situation, and don’t make me start from scratch every time I walk into the office. That consistency alone makes a huge difference compared to my last apartment, where the staff changed constantly.
My apartment itself has been great — I love the wood floors, minimal carpet, and how easy it is to keep everything clean. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels safe.
I’ve also seen people complain about the towing policy, but honestly, I get why it exists. At other complexes I’ve lived in, random cars would sit for months in the best parking spots, and residents were the ones who suffered. Here, parking is actually available because they enforce the rules. It’s one of those things you don’t appreciate until you’ve lived somewhere without it.
Overall, I’m really grateful for the team here and the way they take care of their residents. Chelsea and TJ truly go above and beyond, and it shows. ?”
