“The ambiance inside and outside are excellent. The overall area gives good vibes and the lake is absolutely splendid. It's a good place for dining and partying in groups. The area offers options for walking/running/jogging by the lakeside. During nights, the area lights up well and is quite safe for taking walks along the lakeside.”

“In this apartment complex you live very peacefully, they are very well located, it is a very safe area, the apartments are in perfect condition and when you have any request they attend to it sometimes in less than 24 hours. The office staff are very friendly and attentive, especially Zabrina. 100% recommended.”

“I haven’t moved in yet, but I can’t wait to move into this wonderful complex! They have the best staff. Ryan is amazing! When I first called, I had so many questions, and she was so patient and kind with me. She has so wonderfully help me and my roommate find an apartment, and helped with the transfer. They have a beautiful landscape with an amazing pool, hot tub, and fire pit! They even had a Thanksgiving feast for their tenants when I stopped by! I am so excited to be here!”

Unfortunately, we were already booked that day so we had our staff working the event after we set up. Our staff had nothing but positive things to say about working with Amy throughout the event and how much the residents seemed to enjoy living there!”

“I’ve lived in vista springs for 3 years now and love the place.The building is dated but the management does a great job at keeping everything running as smoothly as possible. You submit a ticket and maintenance is here within the day or the next one.The staff is friendly.The apartments are well maintained and cozy. I personally love mine which is a 2/2. The summer is HOT, but I do live on the top floor, I’m not sure there’s anything I can do other than closing up all windows and doors with blackout curtains, and not open them for anything.The location is awesome. Close to a mall, restaurants, hotels, stores, super markets, parks. The highway exit is right on corporate drive. The surrounding buildings are also well maintained so the area is nice to walk around. You can literally walk to stores from here.So far is quite safe to live here. People walk around and exercise all the time.Rent has been increasing in recent years but it’s still affordable. Then again, it’s been increasing everywhere. For such a great location and great customer service, rent is not bad.”

“I have lived in an apartment at Tower Ridge for 3 yrs and can attest to the wonderful, caring people that live in the community. The property manager, Nelly, makes sure the property is well maintained and does everything she can to fulfill the needs of her tenants. Frank and his maintenance staff are right on top of completing work orders quickly and effectively. In our lease it states there is no loitering or soliciting allowed in the property, which makes for a safe community for all living there. The beautiful playground/park within walking distance allows for kids to play safely without disturbing residents. All in all it’s a wonderful place to live and I would recommend it to anyone.”

“Pros: The manager of this complex, Wendy, is probably one of the best landlords/property managers I've rented from! She was very accommodating and quick to have maintenance requests make their way to the Maintenance Team. The property is a nice looking one since it's upkeep is weekly and Pest Control comes out frequently enough too; plus the location is nice enough away from the highway and near a school. Neighbors mostly consist of people who want to be friendly enough to be respectful so the place gives you that privacy you'd want (walls are thin so do be aware).Cons: The complex has a washer/dryer room that is via an app to pay to use, so you may pay more than what's fair and I don't believe the individual units have a washer/dryer in them (correct me if I'm wrong). The street can be very noisy so you will hear the people who want to speed through the area frequently. For my unit the stove was old to where I was afraid to use some of the stovetops as I'd hear some electrical pops (they were replaced the switches but the fact they did it in the first place was nerve-racking). Pests can be a big problem if you let it! I moved in to a unit where the previous tenant was horrendous and there were TONS of dead roaches so keep it clean and you won't have a problem or otherwise it could get that bad.I enjoyed my time here as I knew I wasn't gonna be here too long so Wendy made it a nice stay for me and the location was perfect enough for me at the time I needed it!”

“You don't really know what you have until it's gone. I lived her for only a year and at the time I might have written a more meh review of the place. But after having lived where I currently am for two years I miss Waterwalk. The staff are super nice and are very willing to help no matter. The apartments are new and the location is great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was its a little pricey for how small the apartments are. And the amenities aren't that great. Like the coffee bar and dog area are just a Keurig and a patch of grass. But if you have the cash in your budget its a great place to live.”

“Super front office staff. Great maintenance staff. Like living in a resort. So glad we moved here.Yesturday, 7/14/2023, Stoneledge had another GREAT Pool Party. The DJ was rocking, the drinks (water, sodas, adult beverages, etc.) snacks and Pizza were delicious & awesome. Kids, teens, parents & grandparents, swam, ate, drank, played water games and enjoyed a fantastic summer day/eve.As always, our staff and facility rose to the occasion.”

“Our Home — Hello and good day to anyone reading this review. I’ll start off saying my wife and I do not give a review right away; in this case it has been months now. WE LOVE IT. Town creek is not just an apartment for us but our home. They welcomed us in from day one compared to Town Lake next door, “rude people”. Town Creek keeps up, the grounds are kept nice, the dumpsters are emptied often, if anything breaks Joseph and Lamont are on it before you have time to hang up. JoAnn is our Hero she went above and beyond to secure our spot here at Town Creek and we couldn’t be more thankful. I don’t care what all the other reviews say. Some people you just can’t please, this is not a brand-new complex, so with age comes issues but they will continue to stay on top of your needs to be comfortable here. DeAnna is always prompt to answer the phone and get on top of any issues we have and we appreciate her for that. We do have 2 little boys so for entertainment the Andrew Brown park is within walking distance, our boys love it, and it is huge ?. The pool and hot tub are great for entertainment on site, beautiful pool area and additionally there is a nice playground for kids. We won’t be going anywhere anytime soon unless they kick us out.
