The best part though….is the leasing office professionals! Lauren was a delight to speak to. She was very knowledgeable about the property and had such a great attitude and made me feel so welcome!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!”

“The entire staff here is excellent. Joanne, Deanna, Lamont, Joseph and Ken consistently go above and beyond to ensure that Town Creek is an excellent place to live. As a longtime tenant, they make Town Creek feel like home. I could not be happier to live here. In the last couple of years I've met many neighbors (and their dogs) because I'm out in the complex walking my dog twice a day. It's quite a community here.”
“We’ve been living at The Sound for a couple of years now and honestly love the area. The lake and all the restaurants nearby make it such a fun place to be.
The staff is fantastic! Everyone in the office is super friendly and always quick to help. Mariah deserves a special shoutout. She’s awesome, always ready to jump in and help with anything, and is just genuinely such a delight!
Also, very dog-friendly community. Our little corgi has made it part of her daily routine to stop by the office to say hi!”
