“Our Home — Hello and good day to anyone reading this review. I’ll start off saying my wife and I do not give a review right away; in this case it has been months now. WE LOVE IT. Town creek is not just an apartment for us but our home. They welcomed us in from day one compared to Town Lake next door, “rude people”. Town Creek keeps up, the grounds are kept nice, the dumpsters are emptied often, if anything breaks Joseph and Lamont are on it before you have time to hang up. JoAnn is our Hero she went above and beyond to secure our spot here at Town Creek and we couldn’t be more thankful. I don’t care what all the other reviews say. Some people you just can’t please, this is not a brand-new complex, so with age comes issues but they will continue to stay on top of your needs to be comfortable here. DeAnna is always prompt to answer the phone and get on top of any issues we have and we appreciate her for that. We do have 2 little boys so for entertainment the Andrew Brown park is within walking distance, our boys love it, and it is huge ?. The pool and hot tub are great for entertainment on site, beautiful pool area and additionally there is a nice playground for kids. We won’t be going anywhere anytime soon unless they kick us out. “IMT management and maintenance team were great when I lived there! They addressed any issues very fairly and promptly as possible. The maintenance team was always on top of things anytime I called them. The property was well maintained and I enjoyed living there. These facts made my stay more pleasurable as possible. “We moved into Eastshore last year and it's been the best apartment complex. We have the B2I layout and our favorite part is sitting on our patio at night to watch the sunset over the lake. We live on the top floor and it's extremely quiet, we never have issues with noise or neighbors.The maintenance crew is amazing, along with the front office, they will recognize you immediately and always ask how the apartment is and how everything is going. Extremely nice crew of people working at this complex.I can't recommend this complex enough. We genuinely love living here.”

“I haven’t moved in yet, but I can’t wait to move into this wonderful complex! They have the best staff. Ryan is amazing! When I first called, I had so many questions, and she was so patient and kind with me. She has so wonderfully help me and my roommate find an apartment, and helped with the transfer. They have a beautiful landscape with an amazing pool, hot tub, and fire pit! They even had a Thanksgiving feast for their tenants when I stopped by! I am so excited to be here!”

“I stayed here from 2020-2022. My stay here was lovely and this apartment was great, secured, amenities are good. When I moved out I got my deposit back, despite some stains on carpet. Only negative is AC doesn’t work well for 2B apt, but still management try to fix it. Overall it is a great experience, if this apartment isn’t far from work I would love to move back.”

“I’ve lived in vista springs for 3 years now and love the place.The building is dated but the management does a great job at keeping everything running as smoothly as possible. You submit a ticket and maintenance is here within the day or the next one.The staff is friendly.The apartments are well maintained and cozy. I personally love mine which is a 2/2. The summer is HOT, but I do live on the top floor, I’m not sure there’s anything I can do other than closing up all windows and doors with blackout curtains, and not open them for anything.The location is awesome. Close to a mall, restaurants, hotels, stores, super markets, parks. The highway exit is right on corporate drive. The surrounding buildings are also well maintained so the area is nice to walk around. You can literally walk to stores from here.So far is quite safe to live here. People walk around and exercise all the time.Rent has been increasing in recent years but it’s still affordable. Then again, it’s been increasing everywhere. For such a great location and great customer service, rent is not bad.”
